This 2006 Ferrari F430 is a Nero-over-Nero Spider that was first delivered to Ferrari of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida. It has 15k miles following registration history in Florida, Texas, Missouri, and Arkansas, 2,200 of which have been added since the selling dealer acquired the car in 2024. The car is powered by a 4.3-liter DOHC V8 paired with a six-speed F1 automated transaxle, and features include a black convertible soft top, 19″ Challenge alloy wheels, an electronically controlled limited-slip differential, cross-drilled and ventilated brake rotors, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, power-adjustable Daytona-style bucket seats, carbon-fiber trim, automatic climate control, drilled aluminum pedals, a wind deflector, and a HiFi sound system. The valve cover gaskets, camshaft variators, and spark plugs were replaced in preparation for the sale. This F430 Spider is now offered by the selling dealer with a window sticker, the owner’s manual, service records, a car cover, tools, a battery tender, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Missouri title.
The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Nero and features a power-retractable black soft top, xenon headlights, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, and quad exhaust tips exiting on either side of the rear diffuser.
The 19″ Challenge alloy wheels are mounted with Yokohama Advan Apex tires, which were fitted in March 2024. Braking is handled by red-finished brake calipers over cross-drilled and ventilated rotors.
The cockpit features power-adjustable Daytona-style bucket seats upholstered in Nero leather with red deviated stitching. Equipment includes carbon-fiber trim, automatic climate control, drilled aluminum pedals, a wind deflector, a HiFi sound system, and power windows and locks. The head unit’s screen is damaged.
The three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel is equipped with an engine-start button as well as a manettino dial for control of dynamic settings. Instrumentation includes a central tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline as well as a 220-mph speedometer and gauges for coolant temperature, oil temperature, and oil pressure. The digital odometer indicates 15k miles, approximately 2,200 of which were added by the selling dealer.
The mid-mounted 4.3-liter F136 V8 features Bosch Motronic engine management and a dry-sump lubrication system. Factory-rated output was 483 horsepower and 343 lb-ft of torque, which is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed F1 automated transaxle and an electronically controlled limited-slip differential. Work in March 2025 included an oil change and replacing the valve cover gaskets, camshaft variators, and spark plugs.
