This 1987 Ferrari Mondial 3.2 coupe was first sold at Symbolic Ferrari of La Jolla, California, and it remained registered in that state until it was sold on BaT in October 2023. Subsequent work included replacing the timing belts, drive belts, spark plugs, distributor cap and rotor, clutch, climate control module, and tires. Powered by a 3.2-liter F105C V8 paired with a five-speed manual transaxle, the car is finished in Rosso Corsa over Nero leather. Equipment includes a limited-slip differential, 16″ five-spoke alloy wheels, a sunroof, a gated shifter, power windows, air conditioning, and a Continental head unit with Bluetooth connectivity. Acquired by the selling dealer in 2025, this Mondial 3.2 coupe shows 74k miles and is offered in Pennsylvania with manufacturer’s literature, service records, an accident-free Carfax report, and a clean Massachusetts title.
The Pininfarina-styled bodywork is finished in Rosso Corsa and features a sunroof, pop-up headlights, integrated front fog lights, side air intakes, black lower bodywork, and quadruple exhaust outlets. The hood and front grille have been refinished, and the weather stripping and antenna were replaced in 2016. Close-up photographs of the exterior finish and trim are shown in the gallery below.
The 16″ five-spoke alloy wheels were recently refinished and mounted with General Altimax tires. Braking is handled by four-wheel vented discs.
The four-place cabin features seating surfaces upholstered in Nero leather along with a color-coordinated lower dashboard, center console, and door trim. Interior features include a gated shifter, power windows, air conditioning, and a Continental headunit with Bluetooth connectivity. Since 2023, the climate control module has been replaced and the right rear window has been repaired.
The three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 180-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 7,750-rpm redline as well as gauges for coolant temperature, oil temperature, oil pressure, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 74k miles, approximately 300 of which were added under current ownership.
The transverse 3.2-liter F105C V8 features four valves per cylinder and was factory rated at 260 horsepower and 213 lb-ft of torque. The ignition coils were replaced and the air conditioning system was recharged in 2019, and work completed since 2023 has included completing a timing belt service and replacing the spark plugs, drive belt, distributor cap and rotor, and battery.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. The shift shaft linkage seal was replaced in 2019, and the clutch was replaced in 2023.

The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage. An entry in August 2014 states that the car was designated a gross polluter in California, although the car has since passed California emissions inspections.
