This 2005 Ferrari F430 Spider has 8k miles following registration history in Texas and Florida, and it was purchased by its current owner in April 2021. It is finished in Rosso Corsa over beige leather and is powered by a 4.3-liter DOHC V8 paired with a six-speed F1 automated transaxle. The car is equipped with a black convertible soft top, 19″ split-spoke alloy wheels, an electronically controlled limited-slip differential, cross-drilled and ventilated brake rotors, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, power-adjustable Daytona-style bucket seats, and automatic climate control. This F430 Spider is now offered on dealer consignment at no reserve with owner’s manuals, service records, a battery tender, an air compressor, a car cover, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Florida title.
The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Rosso Corsa and features a power-retractable black soft top, xenon headlights, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, and quad exhaust tips exiting on either side of the rear diffuser. The soft top’s latch was repaired in October 2021, and the rear window and soft-top elastics were replaced in May 2025. Skid plates have been added to the underside of the front bumper cover.
The 19″ split-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires, which were fitted in October 2021. Braking is handled by red-finished brake calipers over cross-drilled and ventilated rotors. The ABS pump was repaired in March 2025.
The cockpit features power-adjustable Daytona-style bucket seats upholstered in beige leather along with a matching center console, doors, and carpeting. Equipment includes automatic climate control, drilled aluminum pedals, and power windows and locks. The air conditioning compressor was replaced in October 2021.
The three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel is equipped with an engine-start button as well as a manettino dial for control of dynamic settings. Instrumentation includes a central tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline as well as a 220-mph speedometer and gauges for coolant temperature, oil temperature, and oil pressure. The digital odometer indicates 8k miles, approximately 1k of which were added during current ownership.
The mid-mounted 4.3-liter F136 V8 features Bosch Motronic engine management and a dry-sump lubrication system. Factory-rated output was 483 horsepower and 343 lb-ft of torque. Work in October 2021 included installing a Fabspeed muffler support and replacing the battery and spark plugs.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed F1 automated transaxle and an electronically controlled limited-slip differential. An October 2021 inspection report notes a leak from the throw-out bearing.
