This black-on-black 2004 Ferrari 360 Spider was initially delivered to Ferrari of Atlanta in Roswell, Georgia, and has 28k miles following the current owner’s purchase in 2018. Powered by a 3.6-liter V8 paired with a six-speed F1 sequential transaxle, the car features 18″ two-piece BBS alloy wheels, a black convertible soft top, power-adjustable Daytona-style seats, a CD stereo, and air conditioning. Work performed under current ownership is said to have included repairing the soft top and replacing the F1 pump and clutch. This 360 Spider is offered on dealer consignment at no reserve with a window sticker, manufacturer’s literature, a tool kit, a Carfax report, and a clean Mississippi title.
The Pininfarina-designed aluminum body is finished in Nero Daytona and features xenon headlights, a power-retractable black convertible soft top, a Challenge-style front and rear grille, and quad exhaust outlets exiting through the rear fascia. A July 2016 entry on the Carfax report lists “minor damage” with no additional information, while a subsequent entry from January 2017 lists “minor damage” to the front of the car. The power-operated top was repaired under current ownership.
The 18″ two-piece BBS alloy wheels are mounted with Hankook Ventus V12 Evo tires. Stopping power is from red-finished Ferrari-branded calipers over cross-drilled and ventilated rotors at each corner.
The cockpit features power-adjustable Daytona-style seats trimmed in black leather with gray accents and contrasting stitching. Amenities include aluminum pedals, a CD stereo, and air conditioning. The headliner is said to have been replaced and the driver’s seat bolster has been repaired.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 220-mph speedometer and a tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline as well as a digital fuel level readout and gauges for oil pressure, oil temperature, and coolant temperature. Paddle shifters for the F1 gearbox are mounted behind the steering wheel. The digital odometer indicates 28k miles.
The mid-mounted 3.6-liter Tipo F131 V8 features a flat-plane crankshaft, dry-sump lubrication, dual overhead camshafts, and five valves per cylinder. Factory-rated output was 395 horsepower and 275 lb-ft of torque.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through an electrohydraulic six-speed F1 sequential transaxle and a limited-slip differential. A Nouvalari exhaust system has been installed. The F1 pump was replaced in March 2023, and the selling dealer states that the clutch was replaced later that same year.
The window sticker lists initial delivery to Ferrari of Atlanta in Roswell, Georgia, as well as factory colors, equipment, and a total suggested retail price of $194,721. Manufacturer’s literature, service records, and a tool kit will accompany the sale.
The Carfax report lists the aforementioned July 2016 and January 2017 damages.
