This 2005 Ferrari F430 has been fitted with Fabspeed headers and an Alpine stereo, and its six-speed transaxle has been converted to manual operation in 2025 and is paired with a 4.3-liter DOHC V8. Finished in Nero over Nero leather, the car is further equipped with carbon-fiber intakes, 19″ Challenge alloy wheels, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, an electronically controlled limited-slip differential, cross-drilled and ventilated brake rotors, power-adjustable Daytona-style bucket seats, carbon-fiber interior trim, and automatic climate control. Purchased by the owner in 2025, this F430 has 22k miles and is now offered on dealer consignment with the owner’s manual, service records, a car cover, an accident-free Carfax report, and a clean Michigan title.
The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Nero and has xenon headlights, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, side air intakes, and quad exhaust tips exiting on either side of the rear diffuser. A replacement front bumper cover was installed in 2015.
Black-finished 19″ Challenge alloy wheels are mounted with Michelin tires. Braking is handled by red-finished brake calipers over cross-drilled and ventilated rotors.
The power-adjustable Daytona-style bucket seats are upholstered in Nero leather with contrasting stitching, while carbon-fiber trim accents the cabin. Equipment includes automatic climate control, an Alpine stereo, machined aluminum pedals, a gated shifter, and power windows and locks.
The three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel is equipped with an engine-start button as well as a manettino dial for control of dynamic settings. Instrumentation includes a central tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline as well as a 220-mph speedometer and gauges for coolant temperature, oil temperature, and oil pressure. The digital odometer indicates 22k miles.
The mid-mounted 4.3-liter F136 V8 features Bosch Motronic engine management, a dry-sump lubrication system, carbon-fiber intakes, and Fabspeed exhaust headers. An oil change was performed in July 2025, at which time the battery and air filters were also replaced.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed transaxle, which was converted to manual operation in July 2025. The car is equipped with an electronically controlled limited-slip differential. A replacement clutch was fitted at the time of the conversion.
The Carfax report lists at least one open recall.
