This 2003 Ferrari 360 Spider is powered by a 3.6-liter V8 paired with a six-speed manual transaxle and is finished in Giallo Modena over Nero leather. It was acquired by the seller on BaT in October 2022 and now has 24k miles. Work under current ownership has included repainting the rear bumper cover and rocker panels, servicing the convertible top, installing a McIntosh head unit linked with a JL Audio amplifier and subwoofer, and replacing the tires, engine and gearbox mounts, fuel pump, and various interior trim. Equipment includes a limited-slip differential, a Tubi Style cat-back exhaust system, 18″ two-piece BBS alloy wheels, a replacement black convertible soft top, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, a Challenge-style rear grille, power-adjustable Daytona-style seats, a gated shifter, and automatic climate control. This 360 Spider is now offered with the owner’s manuals, a tool kit, service records, spare parts, a clean Carfax report, and a California title.
The Pininfarina-designed aluminum body is finished in Giallo Modena and features xenon headlights, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, a replacement power-retractable black convertible soft top, a Challenge-style rear grille, and quad exhaust outlets exiting through the rear fascia. The convertible top elastics and hydraulic fluid were replaced in April 2024, while the rear bumper cover, rocker panels, and driver’s mirror housing were repainted in July 2024 to correct scratches. Paint chips are noted on the front bumper cover and tonneau cover.
The 18″ two-piece BBS alloy wheels wear staggered-width Michelin Pilot Sport 5S tires that were mounted in January 2023. Stopping power is from red-finished Ferrari-branded calipers over cross-drilled and ventilated rotors at each corner. Curb rash is noted on the front passenger wheel. The shocks were replaced in 2016, while the brake fluid was flushed in February 2025.
The cockpit features power-adjustable Daytona-style seats upholstered in Nero leather along with matching door panel inserts and carpets. Amenities include a gated shifter, a CD stereo, aluminum pedals, and automatic climate control. A McIntosh head unit linked with Audison speakers and a JL Audio amplifier and subwoofer has been added. The seats were re-dyed in November 2022, while the following components were replaced in 2023:

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 220-mph speedometer and a tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline as well as a digital fuel level readout and gauges for oil pressure, oil temperature, and coolant temperature. The digital odometer indicates 24k miles, approximately 2,500 of which were added under current ownership. A European-spec horn has been added, and the alarm siren module was replaced in January 2023.
The mid-mounted 3.6-liter Tipo F131 V8 features a flat-plane crankshaft, dry-sump lubrication, dual overhead camshafts, and five valves per cylinder.
