This 1967 Ferrari 330 GTC is the first production example built and was displayed on Ferrari’s stand at the 1966 Geneva Motor Show before appearing in Ferrari sales literature for the model. Chassis 8329 later made its way to the US, where it remained under long-term ownership in California before being purchased by an owner who commissioned a refurbishment to return it to its original color combination of light blue over tan leather. Power is provided by a 4.0-liter Colombo V12 that is topped by triple Weber carburetors and is paired with a five-speed manual transaxle. Additional features include servo-assisted four-wheel disc brakes, four-wheel independent suspension, 14” Campagnolo center-lock alloy wheels, air conditioning, power windows, and a Blaupunkt push-button radio. This 330 GTC was purchased by the selling dealer six months ago and is now offered with a copy of the model brochure featuring the car, additional documentation and invoices, a set of five Borrani wire wheels, owner’s manuals, a tool kit, and a clean Pennsylvania title.
The 330 GTC was introduced with the display of this car at the 1966 Geneva Auto Show. Pininfarina styling combining front-end cues taken from the 500 Superfast and a rounded rear profile from the 275 GTS while sharing the 275 GTB’s 2,400mm wheelbase.
This example wore a repaint in red before undergoing a refurbishment that returned it to its original shade of pale blue during the refurbishment performed approximately 10 years ago. Exterior details include split front and rear bumpers, front fender vents, a driver-side mirror, circular sail-panel vents, a rear-mounted antenna, and quad exhaust outlets.
Campagnolo alloy wheels with finish wear are secured by three-eared knock-offs and are wrapped in 205VR14 Michelin XWX tires. A set of five Borrani wire wheels is also included in the sale. Stopping is handled by servo-assisted disc brakes with three-piston calipers at each corner.
The cabin is trimmed in tan leather over seating for two with matching upholstery over the door panels, console, and dashboard, while tan carpeting covers the floors. Additional features include a gated shifter, a cream-color fluted headliner, wood dash trim, shoulder belts, leather rear luggage straps, power windows, and a Blaupunkt push-button radio.
The wood-rimmed steering wheel sits ahead of Veglia Borletti instrumentation including a 300-km/h speedometer, a tachometer with a 7k-rpm redline, and gauges monitoring oil pressure, oil temperature, and coolant temperature. The five-digit odometer shows 72k kilometers (~45k miles), approximately 20 of which have been added under current ownership.
The 4.0-liter Tipo 209 V12 incorporates single overhead camshafts, triple Weber carburetors, and twin Marelli distributors. Service performed by Patrick Ottis in Berkeley, California, in 2022 included rebuilds of the carburetors and the replacement of the battery.

Power is transferred to the rear wheels via a torque tube and a rear-mounted five-speed manual transaxle. Four-wheel independent suspension incorporates double wishbones, coil springs, and tubular shock absorbers all around. The rear sway-bar bushings were replaced during the work by Patrick Ottis in 2022, at which time a replacement ANSA exhaust system was installed.
