This 1997 Ferrari F355 Spider was acquired by the seller on BaT in June 2023 and now shows 11k miles. Subsequent work consisted of installing Fabspeed exhaust headers. It is powered by a 3.5-liter DOHC V8 linked with a gated six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. Finished in Rosso Corsa over tan Connolly leather upholstery, the car is equipped with a black soft top, a tan boot cover, 18″ five-spoke magnesium wheels, pop-up headlights fog lights, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, a Clarion CD/cassette stereo, a Sony amplifier, a gated shifter, and automatic climate control. Replacement tires were reportedly mounted in 2022, and the seller notes an engine-out service was performed in 2023. Previously listed by the seller on BaT in September 2024, this F355 Spider is now offered with a clean Carfax report and a clean Oregon title.
The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Rosso Corsa, and styling elements include a power-operated black convertible top as well as pop-up headlights, a tan boot cover, fog lights, an integrated rear decklid spoiler, quad exhaust outlets, a vented engine cover, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, and air intakes on the doors and rocker panels. Scrapes are present on the underside of the front bumper cover, the convertible top operates slowly, and paint chips are located on the front end.
The 18″ five-spoke magnesium wheels wear 225/40 front and 265/40 rear Michelin Pilot Sport 4s tires that were reportedly mounted in 2022. Black-finished Ferrari-branded brake calipers are mounted over ventilated discs at each corner.
The sport seats are trimmed in tan Connolly leather and are complemented by a color-coordinated lower dash, door panels, and carpets. Carpeted floor mats line the footwells, and additional appointments include a Clarion CD/cassette stereo, a Sony amplifier, a gated shifter, automatic climate control, a fire extinguisher, and drilled aluminum pedals.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 200-mph speedometer, a 10k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure and coolant temperature. Ancillary instruments in the center stack include an analog clock and gauges for fuel level and oil temperature. The six-digit odometer shows 11k miles, approximately 1k of which were added under current ownership.
The mid-mounted 3.5-liter DOHC V8 features five valves per cylinder, dry-sump lubrication, and Fabspeed exhaust headers and is factory-rated at 375 horsepower and 268 lb-ft of torque. Power is routed to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. The seller notes that an engine-out belt service was last completed in 2023.
