This 1999 Ferrari F355 Spider was purchased by the seller in 2022 and shows 11k miles. Powered by a 3.5-liter DOHC V8 linked with a paddle-shifted six-speed F1 gearbox, the car is finished in Rosso Corsa over black Connolly leather upholstery. Features include an Armytrix cat-back exhaust system, black soft top, 18″ five-spoke magnesium wheels, pop-up headlights, CD stereo, and automatic climate control. Work completed since 2021 has included replacing the timing belts, drive belts, spark plugs, and catalyst temperature ECUs. This F355 Spider is offered in Texas with service records, a tool kit, a battery charger, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Montana title in the seller’s name.
The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Rosso Corsa, and styling incorporates a power-operated black convertible top as well as pop-up headlights, integrated front fog lights, an integrated rear decklid spoiler, quad exhaust outlets, a vented engine cover, and air intakes on the doors and rocker panels. Paint protection film has been applied to the bumper covers, fenders, side mirror covers, side skirts, and ahead of the rear wheels, while a ceramic coating has been applied around the body. The 18″ five-spoke magnesium wheels are mounted with Continental ExtremeContact tires that have 2011 and 2012 date codes. Ferrari-branded red-finished brake calipers are mounted over ventilated discs at each corner.
The cabin features sport seats trimmed in black Connolly leather, and amenities include automatic climate control, a CD stereo, and drilled aluminum pedals. The seller notes that sticky buttons have been refinished. A ceramic coating is said to have been applied to the seating surfaces and leather components.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel is equipped with paddle shifters and frames a 200-mph speedometer, a 10k-rpm tachometer, a gauge for coolant temperature, and a digital gear indicator. Ancillary instruments in the center stack include an analog clock and gauges for fuel level and oil pressure. The six-digit odometer shows 11k miles, approximately 750 of which were added under current ownership. The check engine light intermittently illuminates, which the seller states is a result of the aftermarket exhaust system.
The mid-mounted 3.5-liter DOHC V8 features five valves per cylinder and dry-sump lubrication for a factory-rated output of 375 horsepower and 268 lb-ft of torque. An engine-out timing belt service was completed in October 2021, at which time the spark plugs, drive belts, and ignition cables were replaced. The battery was replaced in 2022, and the catalyst temperature ECUs were replaced in 2025.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through an electrohydraulically operated six-speed F1 gearbox. A valved Armytrix cat-back exhaust system has been installed.
