This 1969 Ferrari 365 GTC is #49 of approximately 150 examples produced between 1968 and 1970. Chassis 12141 was constructed in 1969 and was delivered to Motor S.a.s. di Carla Allegretti e C of Bologna, Italy, in March of that year. It was imported to the US in 1975 and spent the following decades under multiple owners in the Northeast. A refurbishment begun under Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance judge Allen Bishop in 2001 was completed in the 2010s by Automotive Restorations Inc. of Stratford, Connecticut, with additional sorting performed by several shops in Modena, Italy, in 2015. It was then issued a Ferrari Classiche Red Book in July 2016. The car is finished in Rosso Cina over Pelle Biege leather upholstery, and power comes from a 4.4-liter Tipo 245C Colombo V12 paired with a five-speed manual transaxle. Equipment includes triple Weber 40 DFI/5 carburetors, power-assisted four-wheel disc brakes, independent suspension, 14″ Campagnolo alloy wheels, air conditioning, a Custom Autosound stereo, a gated shifter, and leather luggage tie-down straps. An ANSA quad-exit exhaust was installed in preparation for the sale. This 365 GTC was acquired by the selling dealer in 2025 and is now offered in North Salem, New York, with a Ferrari Classiche Red Book, recent service records, and a Montana title.

The 365 GTC and GTS variants were introduced for 1968 to replace the 330 GTC and GTS. The incoming cars retained the 94.5″ wheelbase of its predecessors as well as many of their styling elements. Features include split chrome bumpers, louvered hood vents, and a retractable antenna.

The Pininfarina-designed bodywork on this example was disassembled and refinished in Rosso Cina during the refurbishment, with replacement Carello headlights installed by Carrozzeria Auto Sport of Bastiglia, Italy, in 2016. XPEL paint protection film was installed on the bodywork in July 2024. A collection of glass etchings can be seen in the gallery along with areas of imperfections in the finish.

The 14″ Campagnolo alloy wheels are secured by prancing horse-branded knock-off hubs, and they are mounted with 205/70 Michelin XWX tires showing 2003 date codes. A matching spare wheel is mounted beneath the trunk floor. The 365 GTC features a fully independent suspension with unequal A-arms, coil springs, and orange Koni shocks all around. The suspension was overhauled by the Revival Road Company of Carmel Valley, California, in September 2021, and an invoice from the service is presented in the gallery. Braking is handled by power-assisted discs at all four corners, and a fluid flush was performed along with the installation of replacement pads at the time as the suspension service.
