This 2005 Ferrari F430 has been fitted with Fabspeed exhaust headers and a carbon-fiber rear diffuser, and its six-speed transaxle was converted to manual operation in October 2019. Power comes from a 4.3-liter DOHC V8, and the car has been refinished in Grigio Titanio. It rides on 19″ split-spoke alloy wheels and is further equipped with an electronically controlled limited-slip differential, xenon headlights, revised taillights, automatic climate control, a Kenwood head unit, and power-adjustable Daytona-style bucket seats trimmed in black leather. It was acquired by the selling dealer in 2025, and work in preparation for the sale included changing the oil, repairing a power steering leak, and replacing an oxygen sensor. This F430 has 28k miles and is now offered in Georgia with partial service records, a Carfax report, and a clean Arizona title.

The Pininfarina-designed body was finished from the factory in Grigio Titanio and was repainted in January 2023. A carbon-fiber rear diffuser and revised taillights have been fitted, and additional details include xenon headlights, side air intakes, and quad exhaust tips. A damage report is listed on the Carfax report in May 2012, indicating “damage to left front”. The brake light switch was repaired in preparation for the sale.

The 19″ split-spoke alloy wheels are wrapped in 235/35 front and 295/35 rear Pirelli P Zero tires. Braking is handled by red-finished brake calipers over cross-drilled and ventilated rotors. The brake fluid was flushed and a power steering leak was repaired in preparation for the sale.

The cockpit features power-adjustable Daytona-style bucket seats upholstered in black leather along with a color-matching center console, doors, and carpeting. The three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel is equipped with an engine-start button as well as a manettino dial for control of dynamic settings. Instrumentation includes a central tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline as well as a 220-mph speedometer and gauges for coolant temperature, oil temperature, and oil pressure. Repairs were performed to the instrument cluster in December 2022. The digital odometer indicates 28k miles, approximately 20 of which have been added by the selling dealer.

The mid-mounted 4.3-liter F136 V8 features Bosch Motronic engine management and a dry-sump lubrication system. Factory-rated output was 483 horsepower and 343 lb-ft of torque. The ECU was programmed and Fabspeed exhaust headers were installed in October 2019, the fuel injectors were cleaned and the fuel filter and spark plugs were replaced in 2022, and work in preparation for the sale included replacing the right-bank post-catalytic convertor oxygen sensor and changing the oil.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed transaxle, which was converted to manual operation by European Auto Group of San Antonia, Texas, in October 2019. The transmission mount was replaced at that time, and the car is equipped with an electronically controlled limited-slip differential.
