This 2001 Ferrari 360 Spider was initially delivered to Ferrari San Francisco of Mill Valley, California, and was sold on BaT in November 2022 before being listed on BaT in August 2024 and acquired by the seller on BaT in November 2024. It is powered by a 3.6-liter V8 paired with a six-speed manual transaxle and is finished in Grigio Alloy over Classic Gray leather. Equipment includes a limited-slip differential, a Tubi exhaust system, 18″ two-piece BBS wheels, a black convertible soft top, a Challenge-style rear grille, power-adjustable seats, a gated shifter, a Ferrari-branded stereo, a commemorative dashboard plaque, and automatic climate control. This 360 Spider has 21k miles and is offered by the seller on behalf of the owner with manufacturer’s literature, service records, a clean Carfax report, and a New Jersey title.
The Pininfarina-designed aluminum body is finished in Grigio Alloy (750) and features xenon headlights, a power-retractable black convertible soft top, a Challenge-style rear grille, and quad exhaust outlets exiting through the rear fascia. The front bumper cover has been refinished, and a scuff is noted underneath the car.
Two-piece 18″ BBS alloy wheels are mounted with Hankook Ventus V12 Evo2 tires that were installed in May 2019. Stopping power is provided by black Ferrari-branded calipers over cross-drilled and ventilated rotors at each corner. An invoice from October 2024 recommended replacing the lower ball joints.
The power-adjustable seats are upholstered in Classic Gray leather and are accompanied by matching door panel inserts and carpets. Amenities include a gated shifter, a Ferrari-branded stereo, aluminum pedal covers, and automatic climate control. A fire extinguisher has been installed, and sticky buttons have been refinished. The dashboard is equipped with an optional commemorative plaque.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 220-mph speedometer and a tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline as well as a digital fuel level readout and gauges for oil pressure, oil temperature, and coolant temperature. The digital odometer indicates 21k miles, approximately 60 of which were added under current ownership.
The mid-mounted 3.6-liter Tipo F131 V8 features a flat-plane crankshaft, dry-sump lubrication, dual overhead camshafts, and five valves per cylinder. Factory-rated output was 395 horsepower and 275 lb-ft of torque, which is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. Engine belts and idler bearings were replaced and wiring for a battery tender was installed in May 2020. The clutch assembly was replaced in July 2021, and the battery and purge valves were replaced in 2024. A Tubi exhaust system has been installed.
