This 2007 Ferrari F430 Spider is powered by a 4.3-liter DOHC V8 paired with a six-speed manual transaxle and is finished in Nero DS over Nero leather. The car is equipped with a black convertible soft top, a lowered suspension, 19″ Challenge alloy wheels, an electronically controlled limited-slip differential, cross-drilled and ventilated brake rotors, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, power-adjustable Daytona-style bucket seats, a navigation system, automatic climate control, and Focal audio components. The current owner acquired the car in 2014 and has since added approximately 2,500 of the 9k miles. Service since 2021 included replacing the third brake light assembly, taillights, luggage strap, window switches, convertible top hydraulic cylinders, and intake manifold gaskets. This F430 Spider is now offered on dealer consignment in Texas with the owner’s manual, service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Florida title.
The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Nero DS (1250) and features a power-retractable black soft top, xenon headlights, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, and quad exhaust tips exiting on either side of the rear diffuser. The seller notes that paint protection film was removed before the exterior received a ceramic coating in 2018. The hydraulic cylinders and straps for the convertible top were replaced in December 2021, and the third brake light assembly and all four taillights were replaced in 2025.
The 19″ Challenge alloy wheels have titanium bolts and are mounted with General GT G-Max tires. Braking is handled by red-finished brake calipers over cross-drilled and ventilated rotors. The car features a lowered suspension along with 10mm front and 15mm rear SCC wheel spacers. The brake fluid was flushed in October 2024.
The cockpit features power-adjustable Daytona-style bucket seats upholstered in Nero leather along with carbon-fiber trim in the driving zone and lower cabin zone areas. Equipment includes drilled aluminum pedals including a Hill Engineering dead pedal along with a navigation system and air conditioning. The seller notes that a Focal subwoofer and door speakers were installed in 2024. Other work included changing out sticking buttons and dash vents in 2016, fitting a Hill Engineering aluminum shifter bushing in 2020, replacing the luggage strap and window switches and repairing a door panel in October 2024, and replacing the rear-view mirror in March 2025.
The three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel is equipped with an engine-start button as well as a manettino dial for control of dynamic settings. Instrumentation includes a central tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline as well as a 220-mph speedometer and gauges for coolant temperature, oil temperature, and oil pressure. The digital odometer indicates 9k miles, approximately 2,500 of which were added during current ownership.
The mid-mounted 4.3-liter F136 V8 features Bosch Motronic engine management and a dry-sump lubrication system. Factory-rated output was 483 horsepower and 343 lb-ft of torque. Both fuel pumps were replaced in 2021. An oil change was performed in October 2024 and the intake manifold gaskets were replaced in May 2025.
