The 20″ alloy wheels were refinished in bronze in 2024, at which time they were mounted with Michelin tires. The GTC4Lusso is equipped with four-wheel steering and multi-mode magnetorheological dampers, and stopping power is provided by Brembo carbon-ceramic brakes with red-finished calipers fitted over cross-drilled and vented rotors at each corner. A brake fluid flush was performed in February 2025.

The seating surfaces are trimmed in Nero leather, while carbon-fiber trim accents the cabin. The auxiliary passenger display was replaced in 2024.

Power is sent to all four wheels via a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, an electronically controlled rear differential, and Ferrari’s 4RM EVO four-wheel-drive system, which was developed specifically for the GTC4Lusso. An aftermarket X-pipe has been fitted, and the PTU was replaced in March 2025 at a cost of approximately $57k.
