This 2000 Ferrari 360 Modena was first delivered to Ogner Motorcars in Woodland Hills, California, and it was specified in Grigio Alloy over black leather. Its six-speed gearbox was converted to manual operation in May 2023, and it has 24k miles following registration history in California and Oklahoma. Power is from a 3.6-liter V8, and equipment includes an S-Line exhaust system, a limited-slip differential, 19″ twin-spoke wheels, a Challenge-style rear grille, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, power-adjustable Daytona-style seats, a gated shifter, and automatic climate control. This 360 Modena is now offered in Georgia by the selling dealer with a window sticker, a spare set of wheels, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Oklahoma title.

The Pininfarina-designed aluminum body is finished in Grigio Alloy and features xenon headlights, a Challenge-style rear grille, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, and quad exhaust outlets exiting through the rear fascia. The front bumper cover has been repainted, and clear paint-protection film has been applied to the nose.

The 19″ twin-spoke wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport tires, which are said to have been fitted in July 2023. Stopping power is from silver-finished Ferrari-branded calipers over cross-drilled and ventilated rotors at each corner. The removed 18″ five-spoke alloy wheels are included in the sale, and they are shod with Bridgestone tires.

The cockpit features power-adjustable Daytona-style seats upholstered in black leather along with matching door panel inserts and carpets. Amenities include a gated shifter, aluminum pedals, a fire extinguisher, and automatic climate control. JL Audio subwoofers have been added. The air conditioning drier was replaced and the system was recharged in July 2025.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 220-mph speedometer and a tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline as well as a digital fuel level readout and gauges for oil pressure, oil temperature, and coolant temperature. The digital odometer indicates 24k miles.

The mid-mounted 3.6-liter Tipo F131 V8 features a flat-plane crankshaft, dry-sump lubrication, dual overhead camshafts, and five valves per cylinder. Factory-rated output was 395 horsepower and 275 lb-ft of torque, and an S-Line exhaust system has been added. A belt service was performed in May 2023, and additional work included tuning the ECU and replacing the water pump.

The six-speed gearbox was converted to manual operation in May 2023 by Roselli Foreign Car Repair in San Jose, California. Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a limited-slip differential. Photos detailing the conversion process are included in the gallery.

The window sticker lists initial delivery to Ogner Motorcars in Woodland Hills, California, along with factory equipment, colors, and a total suggested retail price of $155,783.
The Carfax report is free from accidents or other reported damage.
