This 2004 Ferrari 360 Challenge Stradale is one of approximately 1,300 examples produced worldwide and underwent a six-speed manual gearbox conversion in 2023. The car is finished in Argento Nurburgring over Rosso Alcantara and black cloth upholstery and is powered by a 3.6-liter V8 fitted with GruppeM carbon-fiber intakes. It rides on 19″ Challenge-style alloy wheels coupled with ceramic-composite brakes at all four corners and is further equipped with Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, carbon-fiber sport seats, and a gated shifter. Chassis 137363 was listed on BaT in December 2024 and subsequently fitted with a Tubi Style valved exhaust system as well as replacement Michelin tires. Acquired by the current owner in 2025, this 360 Challenge Stradale now has 11k miles and is offered as part of the WOB Ferrari Fall Festival collection on dealer consignment with manufacturer’s literature, a tool kit, a car cover, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title.

The 360 Challenge Stradale was the track-focused version of the 360 Modena and featured weight-saving measures including composite bumpers, carbon-fiber mirror housings, and a Lexan rear window with carbon-fiber supports. This example is finished in Argento Nurburgring and wears Scuderia Ferrari fender shields. Xenon headlights are paired with quad taillights out back, and further details include a Challenge-style rear grille and a revised rear diffuser as well as quad exhaust outlets exiting through the rear fascia. Paint protection film has been applied to the exterior.

The 19″ Challenge-style alloy wheels are mounted with 225/35 front and 285/35 Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. The suspension of the Challenge Stradale was specified with lower and stiffer titanium coil springs as well as a thicker rear anti-roll bar than those on the standard 360. Stopping power is from red Ferrari-branded calipers over cross-drilled and ventilated ceramic-composite rotors at each corner.

The cockpit features carbon-fiber sport seats upholstered in Rosso Alcantara and black cloth, and matching upholstery extends to the dash. Weight-saving measures utilized in the Challenge Stradale included carbon-fiber door panels and reduced sound deadening. Sticky switchgear repairs were performed under previous ownership in 2023.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel is accompanied by a gated shifter and drilled aluminum pedals. Instrumentation consists of a yellow-dial tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline flanked by a 220-mph speedometer and auxiliary gauges. The digital odometer indicates 11k miles.

The mid-mounted 3.6-liter Tipo F131 V8 features a flat-plane crankshaft, dry-sump lubrication, dual overhead camshafts, and five valves per cylinder. The Challenge Stradale was factory rated at 425 horsepower, an increase over the standard 360, achieved using a revised intake manifold and ported intake and exhaust runners along with lighter and higher-compression pistons. The engine in this car is fitted with GruppeM carbon-fiber intakes as well as a Tubi Style valved exhaust system.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed gearbox that was converted to manual operation in 2023. Additional work at that time involved resurfacing the flywheel as well as replacing the clutch assembly, release bearing, and flywheel bolts. Close-up photos of the underside body panels are shown in the gallery.
The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage.
The car most recently passed a California emissions test in September 2022, however, various aftermarket engine components installed are not CARB-compliant.
