22k-Mile 2007 Ferrari F430 Spider

This 2007 Ferrari F430 Spider has 22k miles following registration history in California, Nevada, Ohio, Florida, Texas, and Tennessee, and it was purchased by its late owner in September 2024. Modifications include 20″ and 21″ ADV.1 twin-spoke wheels as well as a Novitec ECU tune, exhaust system, headers, 100-cell catalytic converters, carbon-fiber airbox, engine-bay trim, front-axle lift kit, and coilovers. It is finished in Nero over Nero leather and is powered by a 4.3-liter DOHC V8 paired with a six-speed F1 automated transaxle. Additional equipment includes a black convertible soft top, electronically controlled limited-slip differential, Brembo carbon-ceramic brake rotors, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, power-adjustable Daytona-style bucket seats, and automatic climate control. This F430 Spider is now offered by the seller on behalf of the owner’s estate with service records and a clean Tennessee title.

The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Nero and features a power-retractable black soft top, xenon headlights, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, and quad exhaust tips exiting on either side of the rear diffuser. Revisions include a carbon-fiber rear diffuser and rear grille surround as well as smoked taillight lenses, and Novitec side markers. Clear paint-protection has been applied to the nose, and the passenger’s door handle was repaired in September 2025. The soft top can be slow to operate on colder days, and discoloration is noted on the A-pillar molding. Photos detailing the condition of the body and soft top are included in the gallery.

The 20″ and 21″ ADV.1 twin-spoke wheels show curb marks and are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. Braking is handled by yellow-finished brake calipers fitted over Brembo carbon-ceramic rotors. Modifications include a Novitec front-axle lift kit and coilovers as well as Tikore titanium lugs.

The cockpit features power-adjustable Daytona-style bucket seats upholstered in Nero leather with yellow stitching, which is complemented with carbon-fiber trim. Equipment includes air conditioning, drilled aluminum pedals, a CD stereo, aftermarket speakers, and power windows and locks. The air conditioning system was recharged in September 2025. Wear is evident on the driver’s seat, and bubbling upholstery is noted on the dash and door panels.

The three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel is equipped with an engine-start button as well as a manettino dial for control of dynamic settings. Instrumentation includes a central tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline as well as a 220-mph speedometer and gauges for coolant temperature, oil temperature, and oil pressure. The digital odometer indicates 22k miles, approximately 3k of which were added during current ownership.

The mid-mounted 4.3-liter F136 V8 features Bosch Motronic engine management and a dry-sump lubrication system. Factory-rated output was 483 horsepower and 343 lb-ft of torque. Novitec modifications include an ECU tune, exhaust system, headers, and 100-cell catalytic converters as well as a carbon-fiber airbox and engine-bay trim. Work in 2023 included replacing the rear main seal, valve cover gaskets, and spark plugs. The battery was replaced and the oil was changed in September 2025.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed F1 automated transaxle and an electronically controlled limited-slip differential. The clutch and throw-out bearing are said to have been replaced in 2023.
