This 1995 Ferrari F355 Spider is finished in Modena Yellow over Black Connolly leather and powered by a 3.5-liter DOHC V8 linked with a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. Equipment includes a black convertible soft top, pop-up headlights, 18″ five-spoke magnesium wheels, a gated shifter, a JVC CD stereo, and automatic climate control. Purchased by the current owner in 2024, this F355 Spider shows 34k miles and is offered on dealer consignment in Florida with an owner’s manual, an accident-free Carfax report, and a Montana title.

The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Modena Yellow, and the black convertible top has been converted to manual operation. Other details include pop-up headlights, integrated front fog lights, a vented engine cover, an integrated rear decklid spoiler, quad exhaust outlets, and air intakes on the doors and rocker panels. Blemishes are noted in the finish.

The 18″ five-spoke magnesium wheels are mounted with Bridgestone tires. Ferrari-branded brake calipers are mounted over ventilated discs at each corner.

The cabin features sport seats trimmed in Black Connolly leather, and matching leather extends to the center console, door panel inserts, and lower half of the dashboard. Amenities include a gated shifter, a JVC CD stereo, automatic climate control, and drilled aluminum pedals.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 200-mph speedometer, a 10k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure and coolant temperature. Ancillary instruments in the center stack include an analog clock and gauges for fuel level and oil temperature. The six-digit odometer shows 34k miles, approximately 500 of which were added under current ownership.

The mid-mounted 3.5-liter DOHC V8 features five valves per cylinder and dry-sump lubrication for a factory-rated output of 375 horsepower and 268 lb-ft of torque. The selling dealer tells us that an engine-out belt service was last completed in 2020 and that the battery was replaced in preparation for the sale. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential.
The Carfax report shows one open recall.
