This 2017 Ferrari F12tdf is one of 799 examples built between 2015 and 2017, and it left the factory with more than $180k in options and special features. Highlights include the extracampionario Rosso F1 exterior finish, a Ferrari Telemetry system, an Adaptive Frontlight System (AFS), and nearly $45k in optional carbon-fiber trim accents. This car is powered by a 6.3-liter F140 V12 connected to a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transaxle and an electronic limited-slip differential, and additional equipment includes 20″ light alloy wheels, carbon-ceramic brakes, a suspension-lift system, four-wheel steering, magnetorheological damping, exterior cameras, Daytona racing seats, and a JBL Professional audio system. This F12tdf was previously sold on BaT in October 2023, and it is now offered by the selling dealer with its framed window sticker, a battery charger, other accessories, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Arizona title.

Based on the F12berlinetta that was penned at the Ferrari Styling Center in collaboration with Pininfarina, the track-focused F12tdf was unveiled in October 2015. It was named after the Tour de France Automobile race, which included a GT class that was won by Ferrari 250 models nine times between 1956 and 1964. The F12tdf is approximately 243 pounds lighter than the contemporary F12berlinetta and features revised bodywork and aerodynamics including a wider track, front dive planes, fender Aerobridge Evo air pass-throughs, an F1-inspried underbody floor wing, an active rear diffuser, thinner glass, smaller rear quarter windows, a tapered rear window, an inclined rear spoiler, and a carbon-fiber hood, decklid, and door skins.

This example is finished in extracampionario Rosso F1 with Grigio Silverstone and Nero Stellato stripes. It features xenon headlights with the Adaptive Frontlight System (AFS) as well as Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, a carbon-fiber front spoiler, carbon-fiber headlight buckets, a rear fog light, and quad exhaust outlets. Paint-protection film covers the bodywork, and the windshield and tow hook cover have been replaced.

Silver-color 20″ light alloy wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires measuring 275/35 up front and 315/35 at the rear and showing 2021 and 2022 date codes. The F12tdf features a double-wishbone front suspension and a multi-link rear setup with SCM-E magnetorheological dampers and four-wheel steering. The Ferrari-Brembo carbon ceramic braking system was shared with the LaFerrari and features red-painted calipers at all four corners. The brake fluid was flushed in November 2025.

The cabin features large-size Daytona racing seats trimmed in Nero leather and Alcantara with red accents and stitching, while matching trim extends to the dashboard, door panels, rear wall, foldable parcel shelf, and center console. Amenities include navigation, a JBL Professional sound system, dual-zone automatic climate control, a fire extinguisher, and carbon-fiber accents throughout. A plaque denotes the car as one of 799 examples produced.

The leather- and Alcantara-wrapped flat-bottomed steering wheel fronts paddle shifters and features a manettino drive-mode selector, an ignition button, and additional controls. Instrumentation includes a central 10k-rpm tachometer and dual multifunction display screens. The digital odometer indicates 7k miles.

The 6.3-liter Tipo 140FC V12 features variable-length individual intake trumpets, a larger throttle body, revised intake plumbing, a redesigned air filter box, and solid lifters compared to the standard F12berlinetta. Power was factory rated at 769 horsepower at 8,500 rpm and 520 lb-ft of torque at 6,750 rpm, reflecting increases of 39-horsepower and 11-lb-ft of torque over the standard car. The oil was changed and the serpentine belt was replaced in November 2025.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transaxle and an electronic limited-slip differential.

A window sticker, car covers, manufacturer’s literature, a battery maintainer, a tool kit, and service records are included in the sale.

The framed window sticker shows initial delivery to Ferrari of Houston and lists factory colors, equipment, and a total suggested retail price of $673,267.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or damage.
