This 2007 Ferrari F430 Spider has 10k miles through the owner’s purchase in 2024, and its six-speed transaxle was converted to manual operation in November 2025. Powered by a 4.3-liter DOHC V8, the car is finished in Giallo Modena and is equipped with black and red leather upholstery, a black convertible soft top, 19″ Challenge alloy wheels, an electronically controlled limited-slip differential, cross-drilled and ventilated brake rotors, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, power-adjustable Daytona-style bucket seats, carbon-fiber intakes, a Bose sound system, a gated shifter with a carbon-fiber shift knob, carbon-fiber interior and engine bay trim, and automatic climate control. This F430 Spider is now offered in Florida by the seller on behalf of the owner, a licensed retail dealership, with a digital copy of the window sticker, the owner’s manual, a clean Carfax report, and a Montana title.
The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Giallo Modena and has a power-retractable black soft top, xenon headlights, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, and quad exhaust tips exiting on either side of the rear diffuser.
The 19″ Challenge alloy wheels are mounted with Michelin tires. Braking is handled by red-finished brake calipers over cross-drilled and ventilated rotors.
The power-adjustable Daytona-style bucket seats are upholstered in black and red leather with Cavallino Rampante logos on the headrests, while carbon-fiber trim accents the cabin. The leather- and carbon-fiber-trimmed steering wheel is equipped with an engine-start button as well as a manettino dial for control of dynamic settings. Instrumentation includes a central tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline as well as a 220-mph speedometer and gauges for coolant temperature, oil temperature, and oil pressure. The digital odometer indicates 10k miles, approximately 500 miles of which were added during current ownership.
The carbon-fiber-trimmed engine bay houses the mid-mounted 4.3-liter F136 V8 that features Bosch Motronic engine management, carbon-fiber intakes, and a dry-sump lubrication system. Factory-rated output was 483 horsepower and 343 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed transaxle, which was converted to manual operation in November 2025. A replacement battery was installed in January 2025.
