This 2008 Ferrari F430 is a black-over-black Spider that has remained registered in Texas, Florida, and Illinois through the current owner’s purchase in 2016, and it now has 45k miles. Powered by a 4.3-liter DOHC V8 paired with a six-speed F1 automated transaxle, the car is equipped with a black convertible soft top, 19″ split-spoke alloy wheels, an electronically controlled limited-slip differential, Brembo carbon-ceramic brake rotors, front and rear parking sensors, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, power-adjustable Daytona-style bucket seats, carbon-fiber interior trim, navigation, and automatic climate control. This F430 Spider is now offered by the seller on behalf of the owner with the owner’s manual, a battery tender, a tool kit, a car cover, partial service records, an accident-free Carfax report, and an Illinois title in the current owner’s name.
The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in black and has a power-retractable black soft top, xenon headlights with washers, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, front and rear parking sensors, and quad exhaust tips exiting on either side of the rear diffuser. A portion of the photos in the gallery were captured in April 2025. The convertible top bow was repaired in November 2024.
The 19″ split-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with Michelin tires. Braking is handled by yellow-finished brake calipers fitted over Brembo carbon-ceramic rotors.
The power-adjustable Daytona-style bucket seats are upholstered in black leather with contrasting stitching and Cavallino Rampante logos on the headrests, while carbon-fiber trim accents the cabin. Appointments include carpeted floor mats, navigation, automatic climate control, machined aluminum pedals, and power windows and locks.
The three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel is equipped with an engine-start button as well as a manettino dial for control of dynamic settings. Instrumentation includes a central tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline as well as a 220-mph speedometer and gauges for coolant temperature, oil temperature, and oil pressure. The digital odometer indicates 45k miles.
The mid-mounted 4.3-liter F136 V8 features Bosch Motronic engine management and a dry-sump lubrication system. Factory-rated output was 483 horsepower and 343 lb-ft of torque. The serpentine belt was replaced and a coolant leak was repaired in November 2024, and a replacement starter was installed in December 2025.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed F1 automated transaxle and an electronically controlled limited-slip differential. The clutch was replaced in 2017, the clutch accumulator and solenoid were replaced in October 2022, and a replacement F1 pump was fitted in March 2025.
A car cover is included in the sale along with the owner’s manual, a battery tender, a tool kit, and partial service records.
The Carfax report lists at least one open recall.
