This 1999 Ferrari 355 Spider is finished in yellow over tan leather upholstery and is powered by a 3.5-liter DOHC V8 linked with a paddle-shifted six-speed F1 gearbox. It features a Tubi Style exhaust system, a black soft top, a Challenge-style rear grille, pop-up headlights, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, and 18″ magnesium wheels along with a factory stereo and automatic climate control. The car was sold on BaT in March 2021, and a timing belt service was performed later that year. Acquired by the current owner in 2021, this 355 shows 16k miles and is offered on dealer consignment with a clean Carfax report and a clean New York title.

The 355 features Pininfarina-designed bodywork incorporating pop-up headlights, fog lights, a vented engine cover, an integrated decklid spoiler, quad exhaust outlets, and air intakes on the doors and rocker panels. This example is finished in yellow and has a power-operated black convertible top, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, and a Challenge-style rear grille.

The 18″ five-spoke magnesium wheels are mounted with 225/40 front and 265/40 rear Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. Ferrari-branded brake calipers are mounted over ventilated discs at each corner. The CV boots were replaced, and the brake and power steering fluids were flushed in 2021. The seller notes that the rack and pinion and all four tires were replaced in 2022.

The seats are trimmed in tan leather with contrasting piping, and interior amenities include a factory stereo, automatic climate control, and drilled aluminum pedals. The air conditioning system was recharged in April 2025. Sticky buttons are said to have been repaired under previous ownership. The upholstery is loose on the passenger airbag cover.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel is equipped with paddle shifters and frames a 200-mph speedometer, a 10k-rpm tachometer, a gauge for coolant temperature, and a digital gear indicator. Ancillary instruments in the center stack include an analog clock and readouts for fuel level and oil pressure. The six-digit odometer shows 16k miles, approximately 600 of which were added under current ownership.

The mid-mounted 3.5-liter DOHC V8 utilizes five valves per cylinder and dry-sump lubrication for a factory-rated output of 375 horsepower and 268 lb-ft of torque. Power is routed to the rear wheels via an electrohydraulically operated six-speed F1 gearbox. A timing belt service was performed in 2021 and also included replacement of the F1 accumulator, water pump, valve cover gaskets, and several hoses and seals. The selling dealer notes that an oil change was performed and the spark plugs were replaced in April 2025.

A Tubi Style exhaust system was installed under previous ownership.
The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage.
