This 2004 Ferrari 360 Spider remained with the original owner in Texas through late 2024 and now has 6k miles. It is finished in Giallo Modena over Nero leather with yellow piping and stitching and is powered by a 3.6-liter V8 paired with a six-speed F1 sequential transaxle. Equipment includes a Capristo exhaust, 18″ two-piece BBS wheels, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, a Challenge-style rear grille, a black soft top, and power-adjustable Daytona-style seats. Records indicate that work in November 2025 included replacing the timing belts and defroster vents as well as refinishing sticky switches, repairing the dashboard, and changing fluids. Recently acquired by the selling dealer, this 360 Spider is now offered in New Jersey with manufacturer’s literature, a 2025 service record, accessories, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Montana title.
The Pininfarina-designed aluminum body is finished in Giallo Modena with a power-retractable black convertible soft top and features a Challenge-style rear grille, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, xenon headlights, and quad exhaust outlets exiting through the rear fascia. Clear paint protection film is installed up front, and roll bar repair was noted in the November 2025 service record.
The 18″ two-piece BBS alloy wheels are mounted with Pirelli tires. Stopping power is from yellow-finished Ferrari-branded calipers over cross-drilled and ventilated rotors at each corner, and the brake fluid was changed in November 2025.
The cockpit features power-adjustable Daytona-style seats upholstered in Nero leather with yellow piping and stitching, and matching hide and thread adorn the dash and door panels. Amenities include aluminum pedals and automatic climate control. Records indicate that sticky switches were refinished, the defroster vents were replaced, and the dashboard was repaired in November 2025.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 220-mph speedometer and a tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline as well as a digital fuel level readout and gauges for oil pressure, oil temperature, and coolant temperature. Paddle shifters for the F1 gearbox are mounted behind the steering wheel. The digital odometer indicates 6k miles.
The mid-mounted 3.6-liter Tipo F131 V8 features a flat-plane crankshaft, dry-sump lubrication, dual overhead camshafts, and five valves per cylinder. Factory-rated output was 395 horsepower and 275 lb-ft of torque, and a Capristo exhaust system is installed. Fuel pump and module replacement are noted in the Carfax report in May 2025, and a record indicates that the timing belts were replaced in November 2025.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through an electrohydraulic six-speed F1 sequential transaxle and a limited-slip differential.
