This 1998 Ferrari F355 GTS is powered by a 3.5-liter V8 linked to a six-speed gearbox that was converted to manual operation in 2025. It is finished in Modena Yellow over black leather and features a Capristo exhaust system, Fabspeed headers, and 18″ magnesium wheels along with a gated shifter, a removable targa top, and a Challenge-style rear grille. The car was listed on BaT in January 2023 and was acquired by the seller in 2025. In addition to the manual conversion, work performed under current ownership is said to have included rebuilding the cylinder heads and fuel injectors as well as replacing the alternator, AC compressor, oil pump chain guide, belts, valve covers, and several hoses, seals, and sensors. This F355 GTS shows 8k miles and is now offered with parts invoices, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Virginia title in the seller’s name.

The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Modena Yellow, and styling elements include a removable black roof panel as well as pop-up headlights, integrated front fog lights, flying buttress C-pillars, an integrated rear decklid spoiler, a Challenge-style rear grille, quad exhaust outlets, a vented engine cover, and air intakes on the doors and rocker panels. The seller notes that the front bumper cover has been refinished.

The 18″ five-spoke magnesium wheels are mounted with 225/40 front and 265/40 rear Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. Ferrari-branded brake calipers are mounted over cross-drilled and ventilated discs at each corner. The brake fluid was flushed and the brake master cylinder was replaced in 2022.

The cabin features sport seats trimmed in black Connolly leather, and amenities include a gated shifter, automatic climate control, a Continental stereo, and drilled aluminum pedals. The seller notes that some sticky buttons have been refinished. The upholstery on the passenger-side airbag cover is loose.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 200-mph speedometer, a 10k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure and coolant temperature. Ancillary instruments in the center stack include an analog clock and gauges for fuel level and oil temperature. The six-digit odometer shows 8k miles, approximately 50 of which were added under current ownership.

The mid-mounted 3.5-liter DOHC V8 features five valves per cylinder and dry-sump lubrication for a factory-rated output of 375 horsepower and 268 lb-ft of torque. The seller notes that work performed under current ownership included the following:
- Rebuild cylinder heads
- Replace valve guides
- Replace lifters
- Replace camshaft seals
- Replace valve covers
- Powder coat valve covers
- Replace timing belts
- Replace inner and outer timing sprocket bearings

The six-speed manual transaxle was converted to manual operation under current ownership using a kit from Out of the Gate. A Capristo valved exhaust system was installed in 2022, and the seller notes that Fabspeed exhaust headers were installed under current ownership. The gearbox seals were replaced and the gearbox fluid was flushed in 2025, according to the seller.
The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage.
