This 2002 Ferrari 360 Spider was sold new through Motor S.p.A. of Modena, Italy, in February 2002. It was flown to Los Angeles, California, via Lufthansa Cargo in March of that year, and it was later federalized and CARB-certified for registration in California by G&K Auto Conversion in Santa Ana, California. Finished in Grigio Alloy over beige leather, it is powered by a 3.6-liter V8 paired with a six-speed F1 sequential transaxle and a limited-slip differential. Equipment includes chrome-finished 19″ Challenge-style alloy wheels, a blue convertible soft top, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, carbon-fiber seats, a CD stereo, and automatic climate control. Acquired by the current owner in 2025, this 360 Spider has 7k miles and is now offered on dealer consignment with a car cover, manufacturer’s literature, a tool kit, service records, import and federalization documents, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title.

The Pininfarina-designed aluminum body is finished in Grigio Alloy and features xenon headlights, a power-retractable blue convertible soft top, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, and quad exhaust outlets exiting through the rear fascia.

Chrome-finished 19″ Challenge-style alloy wheels are mounted with Michelin tires. Stopping power is from red-finished Ferrari-branded calipers over cross-drilled and ventilated rotors at each corner. The brake fluid was flushed in 2022.

The carbon-fiber seats are trimmed in beige leather and feature embossed prancing horse logos on the headrests. Amenities include a CD stereo, a wind deflector, drilled aluminum pedals, and automatic climate control. The center vents and steering column were refinished in 2022.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames instrumentation including a retrofitted 220-mph speedometer and a tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline as well as a digital fuel level readout and gauges for oil pressure, oil temperature, and coolant temperature. Paddle shifters for the F1 gearbox are mounted behind the steering wheel. The digital odometer indicates 7k miles, approximately 1k of which were added under current ownership.

The mid-mounted 3.6-liter Tipo F131 V8 features a flat-plane crankshaft, dry-sump lubrication, dual overhead camshafts, and five valves per cylinder. A timing belt service was performed, the coolant hose were replaced, and the shut off valves were repaired in 2022. The engine oil was most recently changed in March 2026.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through an electrohydraulic six-speed F1 sequential transaxle and a limited-slip differential.

A tag affixed to the dash and a sticker on the driver-side door jamb bearing the VIN are shown in the composite image above along with a decal affixed to the underside of the engine cover. The latter lists that the car was modified by G & K Auto Conversion of Santa Ana, California, in 2006.

The car has been modified for compliance with the California Air Resources Board (CARB), and it wears the Bureau of Automotive Repair label shown above. It last passed a California emissions check in March 2026.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage.
