This 1:1 scale model depicts the Ferrari F2003-GA car driven during the 2003 Formula 1 season. The replica is said to have been constructed recently in Europe, and the fiberglass body wears a red #5 livery. Features include fiberglass wheels, simulated Bridgestone racing slicks, a rain light, a fixed-back leather seat, a harness, and a steering wheel. Mounting points are affixed underneath the chassis. This F2003-GA-style display model is now offered in Parsippany, New Jersey.
The Ferrari F203-GA debuted at the 2003 Spanish Grand Prix and was driven by Michael Schumacher and Rubens Barrichello. This model is decorated like the #5 car and features multi-plane front and rear wings as well as dual side mirrors, intakes and vents, a replica rain light, and a faux onboard communications and camera module atop the central engine-air intake.
The replica wheels and Bridgestone Potenza tires are constructed from fiberglass and retained with red and blue center-lock nuts. The simulated braking system incorporates cooling ducts, rotors, and red-painted calipers, while the replica suspension is comprised of carbon-fiber double-wishbones with push- and pull-rods.
The cockpit houses a black fixed-back seat with white contrast stitching along with a red multi-point harness. The F1-style steering wheel is mounted on a quick-release hub and features carbon-fiber accents, shifter paddles, and a simulated digital screen and switchgear.
The replica is not equipped with running gear or a drivetrain.
