This 1988 Ferrari GTS Turbo is one of 828 examples produced for the Italian market to avoid duties on vehicles displacing over 2.0 liters. The car was initially sold through Mondial Car s.r.l. in Venice, and it resided abroad until it was brought to the US in December 2022. It has since been registered in Texas and New York, and it earned a Platinum Award at the 2026 Palm Beach Cavallino Classic following a timing-belt service that was completed in December 2025. Power is provided by a turbocharged and intercooled 2.0-liter V8 linked with a five-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. Finished in Rosso Corsa over Nero leather, the car is equipped with 16″ Speedline alloy wheels, four-wheel ventilated disc brakes, a gated shifter, power windows, and air conditioning. This GTS Turbo shows 4,300 kilometers (~2,700 miles) and is now offered by the selling dealer with a Ferrari Classiche Red Book, its warranty card, manufacturer’s literature, recent records, tools, a clean Carfax report, and a clean New York title.

The GTS Turbo and its fixed-roof counterpart, the GTB Turbo, were launched as turbocharged 2.0-liter variants of the 328 GTS for the Italian market in 1986 to avoid duties on vehicles displacing over 2.0 liters. The cars featured a revised nose and tail section compared to its predecessor, the 208 GTS Turbo, in addition to a revised engine lid cover to accommodate the top-mount intercooler, NACA ducts ahead of each rear wheel, and five exhaust air slots in the rear valance panel.

Staggered-width concave 16″ Speedline five-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with Pirelli Cinturato P7 tires. Braking is handled by power-assisted ventilated four-wheel discs.

The cabin is trimmed in Nero leather, and it is appointed with a gated shifter, power windows, and a rear-window defroster. The air-conditioning system was evacuated, vacuum-tested, and recharged in December 2025.

The leather-wrapped MOMO steering wheel frames Veglia instrumentation consisting of a 280-km/h speedometer, a 10k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for boost pressure, oil pressure, and coolant temperature. Gauges for oil temperature and fuel level are mounted in the center of the dashboard along with an analog clock. The five-digit odometer shows 4,300 kilometers (~2,700 miles).

The mid-mounted 2.0-liter Type F106N V8 features Bosch K-Jetronic fuel injection, an IHI turbocharger, and a top-mounted air-to-air intercooler. Factory-rated output was 254 horsepower and 242 lb-ft of torque. A timing-belt service was carried out in December 2025, and the water pump, air filter, fuel filter, rear main seal, camshaft seals, accessory belts, idler bearings, and pulleys were also replaced at that time.
