This 1996 Ferrari F355 Spider is powered by a 3.5-liter DOHC V8 linked with a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential, and it is finished in Modena Yellow over black Connolly leather upholstery. Showing 32k miles, the car is equipped with a gated shifter, a black soft top, 18″ five-spoke magnesium wheels, pop-up headlights, power windows, automatic climate control, and an Alpine stereo. It was first registered in California and spent time in several states before being acquired by the selling dealer in 2024. This F355 Spider is offered with manufacturer’s literature, service records, an accident-free Carfax report, and a clean New Jersey title.
The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Modena Yellow, and styling incorporates a power-operated black convertible top as well as pop-up headlights, integrated front fog lights, an integrated rear decklid spoiler, quad exhaust outlets, a vented engine cover, and air intakes on the doors and rocker panels. The front and rear bumper covers were refinished in preparation for the sale.
Silver 18″ five-spoke magnesium wheels are mounted with Continental ExtremeContact tires that were mounted in 2022. Ferrari-branded brake calipers are mounted over ventilated discs at each corner.
The cabin features sport seats trimmed in black Connolly leather, and matching leather extends to the center console, door panel inserts, and lower half of the dashboard. Amenities include a gated shifter, automatic climate control, an Alpine stereo, and drilled aluminum pedals. The driver’s window regulator was replaced in 2023.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 200-mph speedometer, a 10k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure and coolant temperature. Ancillary instruments in the center stack include an analog clock and gauges for fuel level and oil temperature. The six-digit odometer shows 32k miles.
The mid-mounted 3.5-liter DOHC V8 features five valves per cylinder and dry-sump lubrication for a factory-rated output of 375 horsepower and 268 lb-ft of torque. A timing belt service was last completed in 2014, at which time the water pump, drive belts, and spark plugs were replaced. The battery was replaced in 2023, and the oil was changed in preparation for the sale.
