This 2006 Ferrari F430 Spider is powered by a 4.3-liter DOHC V8 linked with a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential, and it is finished in Nero over beige leather upholstery. Equipment includes a black convertible soft top, 19″ alloy wheels, xenon headlights, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, power-adjustable bucket seats, automatic climate control, carbon-fiber trim, a gated shifter, and power windows. The car was listed on BaT in December 2023 and was acquired by the current owner in 2025. This F430 Spider has just under 15k miles and is offered on dealer consignment in Texas with a car cover, owner’s manuals, a Becker stereo code card, service records, a tool kit, a tire inflation kit, two keys, a clean Carfax report, and a clean New York title.
The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Nero and features a power-retractable black soft top, xenon headlights, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, side air intakes, and quad exhaust tips exiting on either side of the rear diffuser. The rear bumper cover was repaired under prior ownership in June 2021, and the associated invoice can be viewed in the gallery of the previous auction.
The 19″ split-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with Pirelli P Zero Rosso tires. Braking is handled by black-finished Ferrari-branded calipers over a cross-drilled and ventilated rotor at each corner. The brake fluid was flushed in May 2025.
The power-adjustable bucket seats are upholstered in beige leather that extends to the center console and door panels. Carbon-fiber trim accents the dashboard and center console, and additional appointments include automatic climate control, a gated shifter, drilled aluminum pedal covers, and power windows. Sticky touchpoints and switchgear were addressed in 2018.
The three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel features an engine-start button and a manettino dial for control of dynamic settings. Instrumentation includes a central yellow-dial tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline as well as a 220-mph speedometer and gauges for coolant temperature, oil temperature, and oil pressure. The digital odometer indicates just under 15k miles.
The mid-mounted 4.3-liter F136 V8 was factory rated at 483 horsepower and 343 lb-ft of torque and features Bosch Motronic engine management and a dry-sump lubrication system. Work in May 2025 included changing the oil and coolant. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle and an electronically controlled limited-slip differential. The transaxle fluid was changed in preparation for the sale.
A car cover, owner’s manual, tool kit, tire inflation kit, and two key fobs are included in the sale.
