This 2005 Ferrari F430 Spider remained registered in Oregon up until 2022, and it was purchased by the seller in July of that year. The car is powered by a 4.3-liter DOHC V8 paired with a six-speed F1 automated transaxle and has been modified with a Fabspeed Super Sport Performance exhaust system consisting of headers, carbon-fiber air intakes, sport catalytic converters, an ECU tune, and carbon-fiber exhaust outlets. Finished in Rosso Scuderia over Beige Tradizione leather, it features both exterior and interior carbon-fiber trim. Additional equipment includes a black convertible soft top, 19″ Challenge alloy wheels, an electronically controlled limited-slip differential, Brembo carbon-ceramic brake rotors, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, power-adjustable Daytona-style bucket seats, a navigation system, and automatic climate control. This F430 Spider has 17k miles and is now offered with a copy of the window sticker, the owner’s manual, service records, spare parts, original exhaust, a car cover, a luggage set, a clean Carfax report, and a Pennsylvania title in the seller’s name.
The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Rosso Scuderia and features a carbon-fiber rear diffuser, front bumper cover splitter, side mirrors, and door handles. Additional exterior details include a power-retractable black soft top, xenon headlights, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, and quad exhaust tips exiting on either side of the rear diffuser.
The 19″ Challenge alloy wheels feature carbon-fiber center caps and are mounted with Continental ExtremeContact tires, which were installed in June 2022. Braking is handled by yellow-finished brake calipers fitted over Brembo carbon-ceramic rotors. A brake fluid flush was performed in March 2025.
The cockpit features power-adjustable Daytona-style bucket seats upholstered in Beige Tradizione leather along with carbon-fiber trim. Equipment includes a navigation system, automatic climate control, drilled aluminum pedals, and power windows and locks. Front and Rear Escort Passport radar detectors have been installed, and a fire extinguisher is mounted in the passenger footwell. The side mirror and window buttons have been replaced, and the alarm siren was replaced in March 2025.
The carbon-fiber- and leather-trimmed steering wheel features a red centering stripe and is equipped with an engine-start button as well as a manettino dial for control of dynamic settings. Instrumentation includes a central tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline, a 220-mph speedometer, and gauges for coolant temperature, oil temperature, and oil pressure. The digital odometer indicates 17k miles, approximately 1k of which were added during current ownership.
The mid-mounted 4.3-liter F136 V8 features Bosch Motronic engine management and a dry-sump lubrication system, and it has been modified with a Fabspeed Super Sport Performance exhaust system consisting of headers, carbon-fiber air intakes, sport catalytic converters, an ECU tune, and carbon-fiber exhaust outlets. The Schrader valves were replaced in May 2023, the spark plugs were replaced in July 2024, the battery and engine oil were replaced, and a battery maintainer was installed in March 2025.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed F1 automated transaxle and an electronically controlled limited-slip differential. The gearbox fluid was replaced in March 2025, and clutch wear measurements are provided in the invoice.
The copy of the window sticker lists initial delivery to Ron Tonkin Gran Turismo in Wilsonville, Oregon, along with factory colors, standard equipment, options, and a total suggested retail price of $242,443.
The Carfax report is free of accidents or other damage.
There is currently a lien out on the car, and the seller’s lender will need to be paid off before the title can be transferred to the new owner.
