This 2006 Ferrari F430 was initially delivered to Foreign Cars of Italia in Greensboro, North Carolina, and was purchased in 2011 by the current owner, who converted the six-speed transaxle to manual operation. Powered by a 4.3-liter DOHC V8, the car is finished in Rosso Corsa and has a beige Tradizione leather interior with power-adjustable Daytona-style bucket seats and a Carbon Fiber Driving Zone. Indicating 22k miles, the car is equipped with a black convertible soft top, 19″ split-spoke alloy wheels, an electronically controlled limited-slip differential, cross-drilled and ventilated brake rotors, a gated shifter, automatic climate control, and a CD stereo. This F430 is offered on dealer consignment by a BaT Local Partner with a window sticker, the owner’s manual, service records from current ownership, a car cover, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Florida title

The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Rosso Corsa (322) and features a replacement power-retractable black soft top that was installed in 2024. Scud Ing Swiss LED parking lights have been added, and additional exterior details include xenon headlights and quad exhaust tips exiting on either side of the rear diffuser. The convertible top pistons were rebuilt in 2021, the front bumper cover intakes were repainted in 2025, and paint touch-ups were applied to the driver’s door in 2026.

The 19″ split-spoke alloy wheels are fitted with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires that were mounted in 2025. Stopping is handled by red-finished brake calipers over cross-drilled and ventilated rotors. The brake fluid and power steering fluid were changed in 2025.

Beige Tradizione leather trims the power-adjustable Daytona-style bucket seats and extends to the door panels. The car was optioned with the Carbon Fiber Driving Zone, and equipment includes a gated shifter, air conditioning, drilled aluminum pedals, and power windows and locks. Sticky buttons were refinished in 2021, and the driver’s door lock and window switches were replaced in 2025.

The carbon-fiber leather-wrapped steering wheel is equipped with an engine-start button as well as a manettino dial for control of dynamic settings. Instrumentation includes a central tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline as well as a 220-mph speedometer and gauges for coolant temperature, oil temperature, and oil pressure. The digital odometer indicates 22k miles, approximately 16k of which were added during current ownership.

The mid-mounted 4.3-liter F136 V8 features Bosch Motronic engine management and a dry-sump lubrication system. Factory-rated output was 483 horsepower and 343 lb-ft of torque. The valve cover gaskets, engine mounts, and camshaft variator solenoids were replaced in 2019, while the drive belt was replaced in 2021. The oil was changed, and the battery was replaced in preparation for the sale.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through an F1 six-speed transaxle that was converted to manual operation in 2026. A Sport exhaust system has been installed, and the car is equipped with an electronically controlled limited-slip differential.

A tool kit, car cover, and manufacturer’s literature will accompany the sale along with service records from the owner’s 15-year history with the car.

The window sticker lists initial delivery to Foreign Cars of Italia in Greensboro, North Carolina, as well as factory colors, equipment, and a total suggested retail price of $228,549.
The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage.
