This 1998 Ferrari F355 Spider was purchased by the owner in 2006, and it was optioned with a six-speed manual transaxle that is paired with a 3.5-liter DOHC V8, which received replacement timing belts in December 2025 as part of a ~$22k engine-out service. Finished in Rosso Corsa over beige leather, the car shows 16k miles and is equipped with a limited-slip differential, a gated shifter, a black soft top, 18″ five-spoke magnesium wheels, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, a CD/cassette stereo, automatic climate control, and pop-up headlights. This F355 Spider is now offered by the seller on behalf of the owner at no reserve with the owner’s manual, the window sticker, partial service records, a clean Carfax report, and an Illinois title in the current owner’s name.
The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Rosso Corsa, and styling elements include a power-operated black convertible top as well as pop-up headlights, integrated front fog lights, an integrated rear decklid spoiler, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, quad exhaust outlets, a vented engine cover, and air intakes on the doors and rocker panels.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 200-mph speedometer, a 10k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure and coolant temperature. Ancillary instruments in the center stack include an analog clock and gauges for fuel level and oil temperature. The six-digit odometer shows 16k miles, approximately 5k of which were added under current ownership.
The mid-mounted 3.5-liter DOHC V8 features five valves per cylinder and dry-sump lubrication for a factory-rated output of 375 horsepower and 268 lb-ft of torque. An engine-out service carried out in December 2025 included changing the oil, flushing the coolant, and replacing the evaporative pipe, timing and drive belts, spark plugs, exhaust air injection check valve, coolant hoses, secondary air Y-pipe, coolant temperature sensors, gearbox fluid, air filter, and fan switches.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. The car is reportedly equipped with a Tubi-style muffler.
The window sticker lists initial delivery to Shelton Sports Cars of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, along with factory equipment, options, and a total suggested retail price of $139,799.
