This 1996 Ferrari F355 Spider is a Canadian-market car that was specified in Modena Yellow over black Connolly leather and now shows 48k kilometers (~30k miles). The car remained registered in Ontario until it was imported into the United States earlier this year. Power is from a 3.5-liter DOHC V8 linked with a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. Equipment includes a Tubi Style exhaust system, a black soft top, 18″ five-spoke magnesium wheels, pop-up headlights, a gated shifter, automatic climate control, a Kenwood stereo, and drilled aluminum pedals. This F355 Spider is now offered by the selling dealer, a BaT Local Partner, with a clean Carfax report and a Florida title.

The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Modena Yellow, and styling elements include a power-operated black convertible top as well as pop-up headlights, integrated front fog lights, an integrated rear decklid spoiler, quad exhaust outlets, a vented engine cover, and air intakes on the doors and rocker panels. The front bumper cover was repaired and repainted in April 2010.

The 18″ five-spoke magnesium wheels are mounted with Pirelli P Zero tires. Ferrari-branded brake calipers are mounted over ventilated discs at each corner.

The cabin features sport seats trimmed in black Connolly leather, and matching leather extends to the center console, door panel inserts, and lower half of the dashboard. Amenities include a gated shifter, automatic climate control, a Kenwood stereo, and drilled aluminum pedals. A Mosconi amplifier is stationed in the front trunk. Sticky buttons were addressed in January 2022.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 200-mph speedometer, a 10k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure and coolant temperature. Ancillary instruments in the center stack include an analog clock and gauges for fuel level and oil temperature. The six-digit odometer shows 48k kilometers (~30k miles).

The mid-mounted 3.5-liter DOHC V8 features five valves per cylinder and dry-sump lubrication for a factory-rated output of 375 horsepower and 268 lb-ft of torque. A Tubi Style exhaust system has been installed. The engine mounts were replaced in July 2021, and a belt service was performed and the cooling fans and rear-axle shaft boots were replaced in December 2021.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential.
The Carfax report is free from accidents or other reported damage.
