This 2018 Ferrari 812 Superfast was produced for the Canadian market and has 6k miles through the owner’s purchase in 2023. It is powered by a 6.5-liter F140 V12 mated to a seven-speed F1 dual-clutch automatic transaxle and Ferrari’s E-Diff limited-slip differential, and it is finished in Rosso Corsa over Nero leather upholstery. Equipment includes 20″ five Y-spoke alloy wheels, four-wheel steering, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, an auxiliary passenger display, carbon-fiber exterior and interior accents, heated power-adjustable Daytona-style seats, a Novitec X-pipe, navigation, and dual-zone automatic climate control. This 812 Superfast is now offered on dealer consignment with two keys, a clean Carfax report, and Alberta registration.
The 812 Superfast was designed under the direction of Flavio Manzoni at the Ferrari Styling Centre. This example is finished in Rosso Corsa and has LED headlights and tail lights, rear fog lights, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, a carbon-fiber rear diffuser and front splitter, front and rear parking sensors, window tint, and quad exhaust outlets. The front splitter has scratches, and imperfections are highlighted in the gallery.
The 20″ Y-spoke alloy wheels were mounted with Pirelli P Zero tires in December 2024. Stopping power is provided by Ferrari-branded yellow calipers over cross-drilled carbon-ceramic rotors. The car is equipped with a Virtual Short Wheelbase four-wheel-steering system and a magnetorheological suspension.
The heated power-adjustable Daytona-style seats are upholstered in Nero leather with Rosso Ferrari accents, Cavallino Rampante logos on the headrests, and Rosso stitching. Carbon-fiber trim accents the cabin, and additional appointments include carpeted floor mats, an auxiliary passenger display, navigation, a backup camera, a leather headliner, and dual-zone automatic climate control.
The carbon-fiber- and leather-trimmed steering wheel fronts paddle shifters and features integrated LED shift lights, a manettino drive-mode selector, and an ignition button. Instrumentation includes a center-mounted tachometer with a 9k-rpm redline and dual multi-function configurable TFT LCD screens. The digital odometer indicates 6k miles.
The 6.5-liter F140 V12 is mounted aft of the front axle and was factory rated at 785 horsepower and 530 lb-ft of torque. An oil change was performed in preparation for the sale.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a paddle-shifted seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transaxle and Ferrari’s E-Diff limited-slip differential. A Novitec X-pipe has been fitted, and additional photos of the underside are provided in the gallery.
The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage.
The vehicle does not have a title and is being sold on its Alberta registration, which serves as the ownership document in Alberta, Canada.
