This 2007 Ferrari F430 was purchased by the seller in October 2023, and it subsequently received a six-speed manual conversion, which is said to have been performed by Boost Logic of Austin, Texas. The car is powered by a 4.3-liter DOHC V8 and is finished in Grigio Silverstone over Nero leather. It is equipped with KW suspension with a front-axle lift system, 19″ Challenge alloy wheels, an electronically controlled limited-slip differential, cross-drilled and ventilated brake rotors, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, power-adjustable Daytona-style bucket seats, a gated shifter, a Hi-Fi sound system, a CD stereo, and automatic climate control. This F430 has 10k miles and is now offered with a Ferrari Vehicle Identification Passport (VIP), the owner’s manual, two keys, a tool kit, a car cover, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Texas title in the seller’s name.
The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Grigio Silverstone and features xenon headlights, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, a carbon-fiber rear grille, and quad exhaust tips exiting on either side of the rear diffuser. Protective film has been applied to the hood, front bumper cover, and the front halves of the fenders.
Polished 19″ Challenge alloy wheels have been fitted with Formula Dynamics wheel spacers and are said to have recently been mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. Boost Logic also installed KW Suspension dampers and KW’s hydraulic lift system (HLS) for the front axle, and the system is operated via a button installed in the center console. Braking is handled by yellow-finished brake calipers over cross-drilled and ventilated rotors.
The power-adjustable Daytona-style bucket seats are upholstered in Nero leather with contrasting stitching and are joined by a matching center console, doors, and carpeting. Carbon-fiber trim accents the cockpit, and additional amenities include a gated shifter, a Hi-Fi sound system, a CD stereo, automatic climate control, drilled aluminum pedals, a Passport radar detector, a fire extinguisher, and power windows and locks. The seller notes that sticky surfaces on the ashtray, HVAC panel, both window switches, door components, and various trim have been addressed. A Becker radio removal tool and activation code are included in the sale.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel is equipped with an engine-start button and a manettino dial for control of dynamic settings. Instrumentation includes a central tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline, a 220-mph speedometer, and gauges for coolant temperature, oil temperature, and oil pressure. The digital odometer indicates 10k miles, approximately 200 of which were added during current ownership.
The mid-mounted 4.3-liter F136 V8 features Bosch Motronic engine management and a dry-sump lubrication system. Factory-rated output was 483 horsepower and 343 lb-ft of torque. Under current ownership, the factory six-speed F1 sequential gearbox was converted to manual operation by Boost Logic with a kit from EAG.
The Ferrari Vehicle Identification Passport (VIP) contains photos of the car during various phases of its construction. The owner’s manual, a car cover, a tool kit, and two keys also included in the sale are displayed in the gallery below.
The Carfax report is free of accidents or other damage.
