This 1995 Ferrari F355 Spider shows 38k miles and was purchased out of storage in 2022 by the seller, who subsequently repaired the soft top and had a major 30k-mile service performed, which included replacing the timing belts and water pump. Powered by a 3.5-liter DOHC V8 linked with a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential, the car is finished in black over tan Connolly leather upholstery. Features include a Tubi exhaust system, a gated shifter, a replacement black soft top, 18″ five-spoke magnesium wheels, automatic climate control, and trunk-mounted aftermarket audio equipment. This F355 Spider is offered with manufacturer’s literature, a tool kit, service records, a car cover, a clean Carfax report, and a clean North Carolina title in the seller’s name.
The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in black and features a power-operated black convertible top that was replaced in January 2025. Additional exterior details include pop-up headlights, integrated front fog lights, an integrated rear decklid spoiler, quad exhaust outlets, a vented engine cover, and air intakes on the doors and rocker panels. The soft top hydraulics were repaired in 2022, and Ricambi America skid plates are mounted beneath the front bumper cover, which was refinished in 2024. Silver 18″ five-spoke magnesium wheels are mounted with Bridgestone Potenza tires. Ferrari-branded brake calipers are mounted over ventilated discs at each corner.
The cabin features power-adjustable sport seats trimmed in tan Connolly leather, and matching leather extends to the center console, door panel inserts, and lower half of the dashboard. Amenities include a gated shifter, automatic climate control, and drilled aluminum pedals, and aftermarket audio equipment is housed in the trunk. Sticky buttons have been refinished, per the seller, who notes that a blend door motor gear is stripped, resulting in functionality limited to the center dashboard vents. The passenger seat was repaired in 2022.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 200-mph speedometer, a 10k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure and coolant temperature. Ancillary instruments in the center stack include an analog clock and gauges for fuel level and oil temperature. The six-digit odometer shows 38k miles, approximately 2,500 of which were added under current ownership. An Anti-Theft ignition system is installed.
The mid-mounted 3.5-liter DOHC V8 features five valves per cylinder and dry-sump lubrication for a factory-rated output of 375 horsepower and 268 lb-ft of torque. The seller notes that a replacement clutch and catalytic converter were fitted before the car was placed in storage at approximately 34k miles, and the Tubi exhaust system was also installed under prior ownership. An engine-out major service performed in 2022 by Automotive International in Charlotte, North Carolina, totaled over $15k and involved refinishing the valve covers, replacing the timing belts and water pump, and cleaning the engine and bay with dry ice. An oil change was performed in preparation for the sale.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential.
