This 2004 Ferrari 575M Maranello was delivered new to Ferrari of Houston, and it has 24k miles following the current owner’s purchase in 2022. Subsequent modifications and work included converting the car’s six-speed gearbox for manual operation, along with a timing belt service, interior refurbishments, lowering the suspension, and installing Fiammenghi Italia 6-into-1 headers and Stage 1 exhaust components as well as high-flow catalytic converters, Hill Engineering wheel spacers, and a revised rear anti-sway bar and steering module. Powered by a 5.75-liter F133E V12, the car is finished in Rosso Scuderia over Nero Connolly leather. Equipment includes a limited-slip differential, xenon headlights, a central hood scoop, 19″ multi-piece alloy wheels, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, a gated shifter, carbon-fiber interior trim, a Hi-Fi sound system, automatic climate control, power-adjustable Daytona-style bucket seats, and a leather-trimmed rear parcel shelf. This 575M Maranello is now offered on consignment by the selling dealer, a BaT Local Partner, at no reserve with a window sticker, a car cover, a tool kit, accessories, service records, a clean Carfax report, and a California title.

The Pininfarina-styled 575M featured updated aerodynamics and headlamps compared to its predecessor, the 550 Maranello. This example is finished in Rosso Scuderia, and the car is equipped with xenon headlights, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, a crosshatch grille, a central hood scoop, power-operated heated side mirrors, and a quad-exit exhaust. Work performed in 2026 is said to have included refurbishing the headlight assemblies with replacement seals, along with aligning the headlights, repairing the left door mirror, and replacing the alarm siren battery, wiper blade inserts, and struts for the hood and trunk lid.

The 19″ multi-piece wheels wear yellow prancing horse center caps and are mounted with staggered-width Pirelli P Zero tires. Hill Engineering wheel spacers are said to have been installed, and work in 2023 consisted of fitting a revised rear anti-sway bar and steering module, along with adjusting the suspension to lower the ride height. Stopping power is provided by cross-drilled and ventilated rotors at all four corners. The car features an independent front and rear suspension with Skyhook adaptive dampers. Work was performed on the TPMS system in 2026, per the owner.

The power-adjustable Daytona-style bucket seats are trimmed in Nero Connolly leather upholstery with red piping. Interior appointments include leather rear parcel shelf straps, carbon-fiber trim, automatic climate control, and a Hi-Fi sound system. Sticky buttons were addressed following the owner’s purchase, and additional interior refurbishments under current ownership are said to have included replacing worn piping on the driver’s seat, repairing the driver’s seat control mount, refurbishing the defroster vent at the base of the windshield, and installing new foam HVAC system seals and felt instrument cluster seals. Loose leather on the dashboard was re-secured, and the seller tells us that the leather on the forward headliner trim and rear luggage shelf was retained and reinstalled after the foam backing was replaced. The left door lock actuator was repaired and the door lock mechanisms were cleaned and adjusted on both sides in August 2026, per the owner.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts a central 10k-rpm tachometer, a 220-mph speedometer, and gauges for coolant temperature, oil temperature, and oil pressure. The digital odometer indicates 24k miles.

The 5.75-liter F133E quad-cam V12 features Bosch Motronic engine management and dry-sump lubrication, and it was factory rated at 508 horsepower and 434 lb-ft of torque. A timing-belt service was performed in January 2023 by Exoticars USA LLC in New Jersey, and the detailed invoice for the work is viewable in the gallery. Leaks near the air boxes and intake ducts were addressed at that time, and the owner notes that the ECU tuning was adjusted following the transmission conversion. The oil was most recently changed in August 2026.

The car’s factory six-speed gearbox was retained when it was converted to manual operation by Exoticars USA in January 2023, according to the owner. A factory gated shifter and shift knob were installed, and a replacement clutch was installed at that time. A Fiammenghi Italia Stage 1 exhaust system was sourced by the owner and installed by Exoticars. The seller-provided summary in the gallery indicates that Fiammenghi Italia 6-into-1 headers and 200-cell high-flow catalytic converters were subsequently fitted, along with replacement engine mounts.

The seller-provided summary above describes the manual transmission conversion, exhaust modifications, interior refurbishments, and mechanical work performed under current ownership, with an estimated cost of over $100k. The entire document is viewable in the photo gallery.

The window sticker shows initial delivery to Ferrari of Houston, in Texas, and lists factory colors, equipment, and a total suggested retail price of $259,803.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other reported damage.
The car most recently passed a California emissions test in June 2025, however, various aftermarket exhaust components installed are not CARB-compliant.
