This 2006 Ferrari F430 Spider remained registered to its original owner in California until 2020, and it now has 3k miles. It is powered by a 4.3-liter DOHC V8 paired with a six-speed F1 automated transaxle and is finished in Grigio Silverstone over red leather upholstery. The car is equipped with a black convertible soft top, 19″ split-spoke alloy wheels, an electronically controlled limited-slip differential, cross-drilled and ventilated brake rotors, power-adjustable Daytona-style bucket seats, carbon-fiber interior trim, aluminum pedals, and automatic climate control. This F430 Spider was acquired by the selling dealer in 2025 and is now offered with the owner’s manual, a car cover, a clean Carfax report, and a clean New Jersey title.
The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Grigio Silverstone and features a power-retractable black soft top, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, rear parking sensors, xenon headlights with washers, and quad exhaust tips exiting on either side of the rear diffuser. Paint protection film has been applied to the exterior, per the seller.
The 19″ split-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with Pirelli P Zero tires. Braking is handled by black-finished brake calipers over cross-drilled and ventilated rotors.

The three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel is equipped with an engine-start button as well as a manettino dial for control of dynamic settings. Instrumentation includes a central tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline as well as a 220-mph speedometer and gauges for coolant temperature, oil temperature, and oil pressure. The digital odometer indicates 3k miles.
The mid-mounted 4.3-liter F136 V8 features Bosch Motronic engine management and a dry-sump lubrication system. Factory-rated output was 483 horsepower and 343 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed F1 automated transaxle and an electronically controlled limited-slip differential. An oil change was performed in July 2024.
