This carbon-fiber front hood is said to have been removed from a Ferrari F430 Challenge race car and is now intended for display purposes. The front of the hood is painted red and has an air duct, a #28 Ferrari Challenge decal, a badge, and hold-down pins. The hood was acquired by the seller in April 2025 and is now offered at no reserve in Apex, North Carolina.
The hood is constructed of carbon-fiber, and the outer surface is painted red. The leading portion of the hood is covered in paint protection film. Blemishes are visible in the paint, and the upper-left corner is chipped.
Details include an air inlet, a badge, a #28 Ferrari Challenge decal, and hold-down pins.
A wire structure is attached to the back of the hood to facilitate mounting against a flat surface.
