This 2003 Ferrari 360 Spider is finished in Giallo Modena over Nero leather and is powered by a 3.6-liter V8 linked with a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. Equipment includes a power-operated Nero convertible top, as well as a Tubi Style exhaust, 18″ modular alloy wheels, Challenge-style grilles, xenon headlights, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, a power-adjustable Nero soft top, Daytona-style seats, a gated shifter, automatic climate control, and a CD stereo. The selling dealer acquired the car in 2026, and work in preparation for the sale included a timing belt service, dry-ice blasting the engine bay and undercarriage, performing a paint correction, touching up areas of the interior leather, and addressing sticky interior components. The Pininfarina-designed aluminum body is finished in Giallo Modena (4305). Exterior details include xenon headlights, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, a power-retractable Nero soft top, a glass engine cover, front and rear Challenge-style grilles, and quad exhaust outlets exiting through the rear fascia. A two-step paint correction service was carried out in 2026.
The 18″ two-piece BBS modular alloy wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport tires. Antilock braking is handled by yellow Ferrari-branded calipers over a cross-drilled and ventilated rotor at each corner, and the brake switch was replaced in preparation for the sale.
The power-adjustable Daytona-style seats are upholstered in Nero leather with embossed Cavallino Rampante logos in the headrests. Appointments include a gated shifter, automatic climate control, aluminum pedals, and a CD stereo with a trunk-mounted six-disc changer. Areas of the leather were touched up, and sticky switchgear and touchpoints were addressed in preparation for the sale.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 220-mph speedometer and a tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline as well as a digital fuel level readout and gauges for oil pressure, oil temperature, and coolant temperature. The digital odometer indicates 7k miles.
The mid-mounted 3.6-liter Tipo F131 V8 was factory rated at 400 horsepower and 275 lb-ft of torque and features a flat-plane crankshaft, dry-sump lubrication, five valves per cylinder, dual overhead camshafts, and a Tubi Style exhaust system. Service in preparation for the sale consisted of changing the oil, flushing the coolant, and replacing the timing belts and associated tensioners and pulleys, as well as the air filters and accessory drive belts.

The car is titled in Ohio but located in California. It has a modified exhaust system, and it has not passed a California emissions test.
