This 1998 Ferrari 355 F1 Spider has been registered in California since new, and it shows 18k miles. The car is finished in black over tan Connolly leather and is powered by a 3.5-liter DOHC V8 linked with a paddle-shifted six-speed F1 gearbox. Features include a black soft top, 18″ five-spoke magnesium wheels, pop-up headlights, a CD/cassette stereo, and automatic climate control. Acquired by the selling dealer in 2026, this 355 F1 Spider is now offered with the owner’s manuals, a tool kit, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title.

The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in black, and styling incorporates a power-operated black convertible top, which the selling dealer states works intermittently. Additional exterior details include pop-up headlights, fog lights, an integrated rear decklid spoiler, quad exhaust outlets, a vented engine cover, and air intakes on the doors and rocker panels. Paint chips are located on the front end. A convertible top boot is included in the sale.

The 18″ five-spoke magnesium wheels are mounted with Pirelli tires, and Ferrari-branded brake calipers are mounted over ventilated discs at each corner. Curb rash is visible on one of the wheels, and multiple center caps are worn.

The cabin features sport seats trimmed in tan Connolly leather, and matching leather extends to the center console, door panel inserts, and lower half of the dashboard. Amenities include automatic climate control, a CD/cassette stereo, and drilled aluminum pedals. Wear is present on the driver’s seat outer bolster.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel is equipped with paddle shifters and frames a 200-mph speedometer, a 10k-rpm tachometer, a gauge for coolant temperature, and a digital gear indicator. Ancillary instruments in the center stack include an analog clock and gauges for fuel level and oil pressure. The six-digit odometer shows 18k miles.

The mid-mounted 3.5-liter DOHC V8 features five valves per cylinder and dry-sump lubrication for a factory-rated output of 375 horsepower and 268 lb-ft of torque.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through an electrohydraulically operated six-speed F1 gearbox.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or damage.
