This 2002 Ferrari 360 Spider was acquired by the selling dealer in 2018 and is powered by a 3.6-liter V8 mated to a six-speed F1 sequential transaxle and a limited-slip differential. Finished in Grigio Titanio over Nero leather upholstery, the car is equipped with 18″ 11-spoke alloy wheels, a gray convertible soft top, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, power-adjustable Daytona-style seats, an Alpine CD stereo, and automatic climate control. This 360 Spider has 10k miles and is offered with owner’s manuals, three keys, spare bodywork, a battery charger, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Mississippi title.

The Pininfarina-designed aluminum body is finished in Grigio Titanio and features xenon headlights, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, a power-retractable gray convertible soft top, and quad exhaust outlets exiting through the rear fascia. A carbon-fiber fuel-filler door and yellow-slat front-grille inserts have been added, and a scratch on the rear bumper has been touched up. Photos provided in the gallery below show other blemishes.

Dark-finished 18″ 11-spoke alloy wheels with Ferrari-logo center caps were reportedly sourced around 2023 and mounted with Continental ExtremeContact DWS 06 Plus tires. Braking is from black-finished Ferrari-branded calipers over cross-drilled and ventilated rotors. A power-steering hose is said to have been replaced at the time of wheel and tire installation.

The power-adjustable Daytona-style seats are upholstered in Nero leather with gray accents and are accompanied by a color-coordinated dashboard and door-panel inserts. Additional appointments include automatic climate control, aluminum pedals, and a remote-controllable Alpine CD stereo connected to a trunk-mounted CD changer and amplifiers.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames shift paddles, a 220-mph speedometer, and a tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline as well as a digital fuel-level readout and gauges for oil pressure, oil temperature, and coolant temperature. The digital odometer indicates 10k miles, approximately 2,500 of which were added under current ownership. The hazard-light switch and turn-signal relay were replaced circa 2023, per the seller.

The mid-mounted 3.6-liter Tipo F131 V8 features a flat-plane crankshaft, dry-sump lubrication, dual overhead camshafts, and five valves per cylinder. Factory-rated output was 400 horsepower and 275 lb-ft of torque. Carbon-fiber engine-compartment components have been fitted, and work in 2023-24 is said to have included replacing the timing belts and tensioners along with the water pump, alternator, power-steering belt, spark plugs, cam-cover gaskets, and a coolant pipe.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through an electrohydraulic six-speed F1 sequential transaxle and a limited-slip differential.

A previously installed carbon-fiber hood, rocker panels, and rear panel are included in the sale.
The Carfax report is free of accident or damage entries.
