26k-Kilometer 1997 Ferrari 456 GTA

This 1997 Ferrari 456 GTA was sold new in Japan and remained in that country under the care of its original owner until being imported to the US in 2024 following the current owner’s purchase. Showing 26k kilometers (~16k miles), the car is powered by a 5.5-liter F116 V12 that received a timing belt service in 2022. Finished in Argento Nurburgring over black Connolly leather, the car is equipped with a four-speed automatic transmission, 17″ five-spoke alloy wheels, pop-up headlights, fog lights, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, power-adjustable front seats, a CD stereo, and air conditioning. This 456 GTA is offered in California on dealer consignment with the owner’s manual, service records, a car cover, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Montana title.

The Pininfarina-designed aluminum and composite bodywork is finished in Argento Nurburgring and features pop-up headlights, integrated fog lights, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, and polished quadruple exhaust tips exiting through the rear valance.

The silver 17″ five-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport tires. Self-adjusting dampers and self-leveling rear suspension were standard equipment. Stopping power is provided by Ferrari-branded four-piston brake calipers over ventilated rotors at each corner.

The cabin features black Connolly leather upholstery that extends from the seating surfaces to the center console, lower dashboard, and door panels. Equipment includes power-adjustable front seats, power windows, a CD stereo, and air conditioning. Scratches are noted on the inner door panels.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames Veglia Borletti instrumentation, including a 320-km/h speedometer, a 10k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for coolant temperature and oil pressure. An analog clock and gauges for fuel level and oil temperature are located in the center stack. The six-digit odometer shows 26k kilometers (~16k miles), approximately 1,100 of which were added under current ownership.

The 5.5-liter F116 V12 features four valves per cylinder, Bosch Motronic fuel injection, and dry-sump lubrication. It was factory rated at 436 horsepower and 406 lb-ft of torque. The engine mounts were replaced in 2021, and a timing belt service was completed in 2022, at which time the drive belts and spark plugs were replaced.

Power is routed to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transaxle.

The car is titled in Montana but is located in California, and it has not undergone a California emissions test or beeninspected by the California Bureau of Automotive Repair or the Air Resources Board.
