This 1997 Ferrari 456 GTA has remained registered in Washington from new through the current owner’s purchase in 2013, and in 2025, the timing belts for its 5.5-liter F116 V12 were replaced. Finished in Grigio Titanio over Nero Connolly leather, the car shows 16k miles and is equipped with a four-speed automatic transaxle, 550 Maranello-sourced wheels, pop-up headlights, fog lights, power-adjustable front seats, a CD stereo, and automatic climate control. This 456 GTA is offered by the seller on behalf of the current owner with the owner’s manual, service records, a window sticker, a luggage set, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Washington title in the owner’s name.

The Pininfarina-designed aluminum and composite bodywork is finished in Grigio Titanio and features pop-up headlights, integrated fog lights, and polished quadruple exhaust tips exiting through the rear valance.

The 18″ 550 Maranello-sourced alloy wheels are mounted with Continental ExtremeContact tires. Self-adjusting dampers and self-leveling rear suspension were standard equipment. Stopping power is provided by Ferrari-branded four-piston brake calipers over ventilated rotors at each corner. In 2025, the rear accumulators were replaced, and the rear shocks were serviced. The seller notes that the removed factory wheels with tires are included in the sale.

The cabin features Nero Connolly leather upholstery that extends from the seating surfaces to the center console, lower dashboard, and door panels. Equipment includes power-adjustable front seats, a CD stereo, a remote CD changer, and automatic climate control. The airbag control unit board has been replaced.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames Veglia Borletti instrumentation, including a 200-mph speedometer, a 10k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for coolant temperature and oil pressure. An analog clock and gauges for fuel level and oil temperature are located in the center stack. The six-digit odometer shows 16k miles, approximately 10k of which were added under current ownership.

The 5.5-liter F116 V12 features four valves per cylinder, Bosch Motronic fuel injection, and dry-sump lubrication. It was factory rated at 436 horsepower and 406 lb-ft of torque. A timing belt service was completed in 2025, at which time the valves were adjusted, the fuel injectors were serviced, the water pump was rebuilt, and the tensioners, camshaft seals, drive belts, idler bearings, spark plugs, and radiator were replaced.

Power is routed to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transaxle.

Manufacturer’s literature, a tool kit, service records, and a luggage set are included in the sale.

The window sticker lists initial delivery to FRCSF in Mill Valley, California, as well as factory colors, equipment, and a total suggested retail price of $229,950.
The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage.
