The book is bound in red leather and contains content from the Ferrari archives and private collections. A Ferrari V12-inspired display case houses the 514-page publication. This Ferrari Collector’s Edition book was acquired by the seller in October 2024 and is now offered at no reserve in Freehold, New Jersey.
The book measures 17″ tall and features red leather binding with a chrome prancing horse emblem. Content spans 514 pages and chronicles Ferrari’s history with documents, photographs, and drawings.
The forewords are written by Sergio Marchionne and Piero Ferrari.
An appendix of Ferrari’s victories from 1947 to 2017 is included.
Designed by Marc Newson, the aluminum display case was inspired by a Ferrari V12 and features valve cover-style folding lids finished in a red wrinkle coat with brushed Ferrari logos.
Serial number ☆0883☆ is stamped between the two lids, identifying this example as #883 of 1,947 produced.
A Taschen-branded wooden shipping crate is included.
