This 1999 Ferrari F355 Spider was produced in June 1999, and it has a registration history in Oregon, Washington State, and California up until 2020. It shows 51k miles and is powered by a 3.5-liter DOHC V8 linked with a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. The car is finished in Rosso Corsa over tan Connolly leather and features a Klein Innovations exhaust system, a gated shifter, a black soft top, 18″ five-spoke magnesium wheels, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, a Challenge-style rear grille, and pop-up headlights. This F355 Spider was purchased by the seller in 2025, and it is now offered with the owner’s manual, service records, car covers, a Ferrari-branded jacket, spare parts, a tool kit, a battery charger, a clean Carfax report, and a clean New Jersey title in the seller’s name.
The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Rosso Corsa, and styling incorporates a power-operated black convertible top as well as pop-up headlights, integrated front fog lights, an integrated rear decklid spoiler, a Challenge-style rear grill, quad exhaust outlets, a vented engine cover, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, and air intakes on the doors and rocker panels. There are paint blemishes on the front bumper cover and abrasions in the soft top. Photos depicting paint-meter readings are provided in the gallery. According to the seller the hood struts were replaced.
The 18″ five-spoke magnesium wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires that show date codes from 2021 and 2022. Ferrari-branded red-finished brake calipers are mounted over ventilated discs at each corner. The front and rear shocks were rebuilt in December 2023 by Performance Shock of Sonoma, California, and the seller notes that an additional set of rebuilt shocks are included in the sale.
Tan Connolly leather covers the sport seats, center console, door panel inserts, and lower half of the dashboard. Amenities include a gated shifter, automatic climate control, an AM/FM/CD stereo, and drilled aluminum pedals. Sticky interior buttons were addressed in June 2021, and the airbag module was repaired in April 2022. The leather covering the passenger airbag was re-covered imperfectly, the driver’s left bolster shows signs of wear, and the seller notes that the passenger window functions slowly.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 200-mph speedometer, a 10k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure and coolant temperature. Ancillary instruments in the center stack include an analog clock and gauges for fuel level and oil temperature. The six-digit odometer shows 51k miles.
The mid-mounted 3.5-liter DOHC V8 features five valves per cylinder and dry-sump lubrication for a factory-rated output of 375 horsepower and 268 lb-ft of torque. The car has been fitted with a Klein Innovations exhaust system and Tubi headers. An engine-out belt service was completed in June 2021, and additional work at that time involved replacing the cylinder roll bearing, valve cover gaskets, AC compressor, AC drier, camshaft seal, and spark plugs. An exhaust thermal sensor was installed, and the bypass valve and vacuum lines were repaired in December 2023. A recall regarding the fuel divider block was addressed in preparation for the sale.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. The transmission and differential support bearing were replaced in June 2021.
A Ferrari-branded car cover, seat and steering wheel covers, a black tonneau cover, a tan tonneau cover, a Ferrari-branded jacket, a tool kit, the owner’s manual, and spare parts are included in the sale.
The Carfax report is free of accidents or other damage.
