This 2004 Ferrari 360 Modena has 24k miles through the seller’s purchase in 2022, and it has been fitted with Fabspeed headers, Larini catalytic converters, GiroDisc brake rotors, an aftermarket ECU tune, LED lighting, a Smart eMT F1 relay, titanium wheel bolts, an S-Line titanium airbox heat shield, BCM air filters, a Challenge-style rear grille, and 430-sourced air vents and transaxle bushings. It is powered by a 3.6-liter V8 paired with a six-speed F1 sequential transaxle and is finished in Grigio Titanio over dark gray leather upholstery. The car is further equipped with 18″ five-spoke alloy wheels, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, power-adjustable Daytona-style seats, a CD stereo, and automatic climate control. This 360 Modena is now offered with a window sticker, spare parts, a battery tender, service records, the owner’s manual, a car cover, a tool kit, spare keys, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Texas title in the seller’s name.
The Pininfarina-designed aluminum body is finished in Grigio Titanio and has LED lighting, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, Scrape Armor front bumper cover protection, a Challenge-style rear grille, window tint, and quad exhaust outlets exiting through the rear fascia. Protective film covers the windshield and the body with the exception of the rear decklid, and work in April 2025 included replacing the door cables and right-side door latch. Imperfections are highlighted in the gallery below.
The 18″ five-spoke alloy wheels feature titanium wheel bolts and are mounted with Michelin tires. Stopping power is from silver-finished Ferrari-branded calipers over slotted GiroDisc rotors at each corner.
The power-adjustable Daytona-style seats are upholstered in dark gray leather with light gray piping, Cavallino Rampante logos on the headrests, and contrasting stitching that extends to the dashboard and door panels. Amenities include a CD stereo, drilled aluminum pedals, a Hill Engineering dead pedal, 430-sourced air vents, and automatic climate control. The driver’s side switch trim and front trunk straps were replaced in April 2025.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 220-mph speedometer and a tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline as well as a digital fuel level readout and gauges for oil pressure, oil temperature, and coolant temperature. Paddle shifters for the F1 gearbox are mounted behind the steering wheel. The digital odometer indicates 24k miles, approximately 7k of which were added under current ownership.
The mid-mounted 3.6-liter Tipo F131 V8 features a flat-plane crankshaft, dry-sump lubrication, dual overhead camshafts, and five valves per cylinder. It has been modified with an aftermarket ECU tune, Fabspeed headers, Larini catalytic converters, BMC air filters, and an S-Line titanium airbox heat shield. The engine mounts were replaced in 2022. Work in April 2025 included performing a timing belt service in addition to changing the oil and replacing the drive belt and spark plugs.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through an electrohydraulic six-speed F1 sequential transaxle and a limited-slip differential. A Smart eMT F1 relay and a replacement F430-sourced transmission mount were installed in 2024.
The window sticker lists initial delivery to Cauley Ferrari of West Bloomfield, Michigan, along with factory colors, equipment, options, and a total suggested retail price of $182,176.
A spare set of wheels is included in the sale along with spare parts, a battery tender, service records, the owner’s manual, a car cover, a tool kit, and spare keys.
The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage.
