This 2005 Ferrari F430 Spider is finished in Grigio Ingrid over beige leather upholstery and is powered by a 4.3-liter V8 paired with a six-speed transaxle that was converted to manual operation in 2026. Equipment includes a beige convertible soft top, a limited-slip differential, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, and 19″ Challenge alloy wheels as well as a gated shifter, a Pioneer stereo, air conditioning, and power-adjustable Daytona-style bucket seats. Acquired by the selling dealer, a BaT Local Partner, in 2026, this F430 has 37k miles and is offered with an owner’s manual, a tool kit, a clean Carfax report, and a clean New Jersey title.

The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Grigio Ingrid and features a replacement power-retractable beige soft top, xenon headlights, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, and quad exhaust tips exiting on either side of the rear diffuser. The front valance is said to have been repainted under previous ownership. Photos of paint meter readings are provided in the gallery below.

The 19″ Challenge alloy wheels are mounted with Continental ExtremeContact tires. Stopping is handled by red-finished brake calipers over cross-drilled and ventilated rotors.

The power-adjustable Daytona-style seats are upholstered in beige leather, and interior features include a gated shifter, a Pioneer stereo, air conditioning, and drilled aluminum pedals. The upholstery is worn in some places.

The three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel is equipped with an engine-start button as well as a manettino dial for control of dynamic settings. Instrumentation includes a central tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline as well as a 220-mph speedometer and gauges for coolant temperature, oil temperature, and oil pressure. The digital odometer indicates 37k miles.

The mid-mounted 4.3-liter F136 V8 features Bosch Motronic engine management and a dry-sump lubrication system. Factory-rated output was 483 horsepower and 343 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through an F1 six-speed transaxle that was converted to manual operation by Next Gen Automotive of Nyack, New York, in January 2026, using components from European Auto Group. An oil change was performed in preparation for the sale.
