This 2004 Ferrari 360 Spider is finished in Giallo Modena over black leather upholstery and is powered by a 3.6-liter V8 paired with a six-speed F1 sequential transaxle. Equipment includes a limited-slip differential, 18″ two-piece BBS alloy wheels, a black convertible soft top, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, aftermarket exhaust components, power-adjustable seats, a Clarion stereo, and automatic climate control. The immobilizer has been bypassed, and recent service highlights include changing the oil, flushing the brake fluid, and rebuilding the alternator along with servicing the convertible-top mechanism. Listed on BaT in October 2022 and purchased by the seller in 2025, this 360 Spider has 20k miles and is offered in Colorado with owner’s manuals, service records, accessories, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Montana title in the name of the seller’s LLC.
The Pininfarina-designed aluminum body is finished in Giallo Modena and features xenon headlights, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, a power-retractable black convertible soft top, a clear engine cover, and quad exhaust outlets exiting through the rear fascia. Three of the convertible top hydraulic cylinders were replaced in 2024, and the elastic bands were repaired.
Refinished 18″ two-piece BBS alloy wheels were mounted with staggered-width Bridgestone Potenza tires in 2018. Braking is from yellow-finished Ferrari-branded calipers over cross-drilled and ventilated rotors. The front upper ball joints were replaced in 2022, and the brake fluid was flushed in 2024.
The power-adjustable seats are upholstered in black leather with yellow accents and Cavallino Rampante headrest embroidery. Ferrari-branded floor mats line the footwells, and additional appointments include automatic climate control, aluminum pedal covers, dual roll hoops, and a Clarion stereo with a fold-out screen. The seats, trim, and steering wheel have reportedly been re-covered, and the dashboard upholstery has lifted in some places.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames shift paddles, a 220-mph speedometer, and a tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline as well as a digital fuel-level readout and gauges for oil pressure, oil temperature, and coolant temperature. The digital odometer indicates 20k miles, approximately 1,500 of which were added under current ownership.
The mid-mounted 3.6-liter Tipo F131 V8 features a flat-plane crankshaft, dry-sump lubrication, dual overhead camshafts, and five valves per cylinder. Factory-rated output was 395 horsepower and 275 lb-ft of torque. Reported work in 2022 included rebuilding the alternator, recharging the R134a air-conditioning refrigerant, replacing the front oxygen sensor and fuel injectors, and reprogramming the ECU to bypass the immobilizer. The most recent oil change was carried out in November 2024.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through an electrohydraulic six-speed F1 sequential transaxle and a limited-slip differential. A previous owner reported 79% remaining clutch life at approximately 17,600 miles. Fabspeed exhaust headers were fitted in 2018, and a P.D. Gough & Company exhaust system was installed in 2023.
