This 2007 Ferrari F430 Spider was acquired by the selling dealer on BaT in April 2025 and is powered by a 4.3-liter DOHC V8 paired with a six-speed F1 automated transaxle that was converted to manual operation by Macchina Motorwerx shortly thereafter. Finished in Grigio Silverstone over Cuoio leather upholstery, the car has also been modified with a “360Trev” ECU tune, Fabspeed exhaust headers, a Forza Ferrari exhaust-valve controller, Morimoto taillights, an Alpine Bluetooth stereo, and an aftermarket speaker system. Additional equipment includes a black convertible soft top, 19″ Challenge alloy wheels, an electronically controlled limited-slip differential, cross-drilled and ventilated brake rotors, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, power-adjustable Daytona-style seats, and automatic climate control. Other service under current ownership has included changing the fluids, coating the headers, and replacing the brake lines, valve-cover gaskets, spark plugs, variators, and the engine and transmission mounts. This F430 has 24k miles and is offered at no reserve in Texas with a specification sheet, a reproduction window sticker, owner’s manuals, two keys, a tool kit, service records, spare parts, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Connecticut title.
The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Grigio Silverstone and has a power-retractable black soft top. Exterior details include xenon headlights with washers along with Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, Morimoto taillights, and quad exhaust tips exiting on either side of the rear diffuser. Silver-finished 19″ Challenge alloy wheels were fitted with 225/35 front and 285/35 rear Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S tires under current ownership. Braking is handled by red-finished brake calipers over cross-drilled and ventilated rotors. Per the selling dealer, the brake pads were replaced in 2022 and the brake hoses were replaced in 2025.
The power-adjustable Daytona-style bucket seats are upholstered in Cuoio leather and are accompanied by a matching center console and door panels. Carbon-fiber trim accents the cabin, which is further appointed with a gated shifter, automatic climate control, power windows and locks, aluminum pedals, carbon-fiber sill plates, aftermarket speakers and subwoofers, and an Alpine digital-media stereo with Bluetooth. Sticky interior surfaces and control buttons have been refinished, and imperfections are noted on the rearview mirror.
The leather- and carbon-fiber-trimmed steering wheel is equipped with an engine-start button as well as a manettino dial for control of dynamic settings. Instrumentation includes a central tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline as well as a 220-mph speedometer and gauges for coolant temperature, oil temperature, and oil pressure. The digital odometer indicates 24k miles, approximately 900 of which were added under current ownership. The instrument cluster power supply is said to have been repaired in 2024.
The mid-mounted 4.3-liter F136 V8 features a dry-sump lubrication system, Fabspeed exhaust headers, and Bosch Motronic engine management that received a “360Trev” tune in 2025. The rear main seal was replaced in 2022, and additional work in 2025 included changing the oil, flushing the coolant, and Cerakote-coating the headers along with powder-coating the plenum and replacing the variators, valve-cover gaskets, spark plugs, and engine mounts.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through an F1 six-speed transaxle, converted to manual operation in April 2025 by the selling dealer, Macchina Motorwerx, as well as an electronically controlled limited-slip differential. Additional work at that time included changing the gearbox fluid and replacing the transmission mount. A Forza Ferrari exhaust-valve controller was installed under prior ownership, and a replacement clutch and throw-out bearing were fitted in 2022.
